I might also to Sony or Canon for the AF for Wildlife & Nature if Nikon doesn't get a little stickier in the AF department. I'll miss my Nikon. The feel, user experience & the great Nikon colors. BUT! , Doesn't matter, shoot what you have!
Manual! This is an expensive hobby. If you're going to buy DSLR and invest in top tier lenses, why use Auto? Learn from others but be unique and have your own style of photography. Like he said keep shooting because practice makes perfect.
