Nabi sensei use much thinner especially around the face. She also use brighter coloring for her children. Even with darker color she make sure to reflect lights like they're always under the sun like Ame's skirt

(I have followed Uto since 2021 and Peo from January 2023) But today, I watched both live streaming at the same time, so I researched a bit more and found this video. It's very hard to tell the differences! But listening closely, Uto's voice is a little bit deeper/mature than Peo's... maybe. Acknowledging this, it makes me sadder because Uto's indefinite hiatus announcement, because I thought: "Yeah, maybe se will continue like Peo...", but no, because there is a different person. Sincerely, I never ever thought that they were a different person, haha, that was a revelation for me.

Maybe Uto has a contract with her current company and with Peo she has more control or something, the voice and mannerisms as well as her English comprehension are all the same, not saying it's her 100% but the similarities are too uncanny for them not to be the same person.
Late to this party lol. So it is kinda scary how similar they both are at a surface level. They have different artists that draw some what similar styles with the same rigger. Voices are similar, but it their laughs that ultimately different. How a person laughs is basically involuntary. Peo seems to also have a better grasp of English too or seems to be more confident. Different girls, but very similar.

The focus on shotgun and Apex really doesn't help, it must be some sort of trolling by Peo to confuse the viewers🤔There's also the timing: Uto hiatus in late 2022, Peo debuts in late 2022.
I think it's unfair to say that Peo is trolling the viewers. There are plenty of vtubers who plays Apex and focus on the shotgun, among many things. In addition to that, Peo didn't even know about Uto until some of her viewers recommended her to Peo. And the timings are totally coincidental and any correlation just feels quite off in my opinion yo

But as someone that watches both, I say with confidence that they're definitely different people. In addition to them having both streamed at the same time (which didn't happen for a long time because Uto doesn't stream often) they do have different mannerisms. Minor things like laughs, coughs, filler noises during speech... Things that are basically habits that are very hard to do differently from how you would normally.
