Always blows my mind how Indian food hasn’t really made it to America. It’s so insanely popular here in the UK. But it’s NOTHING like what you get in India. I’ve been twice and nothing that you can get at home even compares. Food does look nice though (apart from the Raita) and the chickpea dish is a Chana masala. I just find it amusing that you don’t know what things are and people in your comments say they’ve never tried it before. 😅
The crunchy stuff on the chaat is called sev. Next time you visit order Lamb haleem (it's cooked for hours), gobi (cauliflower)manchurian, and breakfast idly and wada combo. Enjoy your evening, Vartan.

The one with ‘chickpea chutney’ is called somosa chat the white sauce you got is supposed to go over that dish with tamarind sauce.
