Tip: if you turn your pants/jeans around so you just have one fold exposed, it will feel visually less cluttered…you won’t see all the strings from raw hems etc. Also, if you push your shoe organizer to the right, you can hang long dresses on the left (assuming you don’t use those as much as blouses/tops.

It is okay if you only have time at night to unpack and set things up, honestly that's the best time more than likely. It means your work day is over, and for most people night time is when you aren't getting too many phone calls and aren't being distracted too much so you can focus on unpacking, and in the future you can also use this time to clean your apartment, do laundry, do dishes, and that sort of thing. I tend to clean and do any laundry and dishes at night or any other tasks because it means I won't be distracted by people, phone calls, or too many noises and I can either turn on the tv, play some music, or do my tasks in complete silence. It's amazing what you can power through task wise when there aren't any outside distractions. I know for many though, they want the night time to relax and unwind before going to bed but sometimes that just isn't possible if you have tasks you need to take care of like cleaning, laundry, dishes, and so on and don't have any other time that you can set aside for those tasks.

I clicked immediately because I live in a studio under the same management. I feel like the closets are not as much spacious as I thought initially. I use the big storage boxes to keep above in the closet. Also, can you advise on what to do with decluttered clothes?
Hello 👋 I hope you are moving the location of the tv? First the weather plays a role by the window . When it rains the moisture and wetness from the window will affect the back of your tv and when the heat comes back on after the summer time it will warp your tv screen. That’s not a good location for your tv.
I’ve found that as I get older, I have less and less motivation and organization. I was you at 22-26. Slowly pains, back disc herniations, severe sacroilitis, and cancer and exhaustion set in. At 37, I’m assuming it’ll take about a month to unpack at my new place. You get to a point where you don’t have time or energy that you used to. This is my 10th move alone. Lived w someone (ex) for 7 months but otherwise have never lived w someone else or had the help. Now a baby and my 3rd pup…things take priority when you’re doing everything alone. IVF was $44k so I will never complain about my chaos. Just learn to roll w it. I’d suggest as a psychiatrist to find a way to calm down and focus on mindfulness. This says a little frantic and anxious.
That’s more of a European washing machine, there will be a setting that takes less time but they do, in general, take longer than top loaders because they use SO much less water
I would actually move the brother shelf into the closet knock and use it for shoes and bags and extra closet storage… and then move the one that’s in there to maybe the kitchen or living area

Maybe your friends are just surface relationships and superficial. Otherwise they'd be helping you to set up your apartment and this would have been completely done within a day or two of moving in. If your clothes don't fit, you have too many clothes.

To store your suitcase under your bed because it is to tall you could open it up and lay clothes in it and keep it open/flat under your bed.
