I just wanted to sincerely thank you. You do very good and generous things. You could easily be doing something else, but you chose to help people by writing and visualizing these simple, wonderful stories in an insanely difficult language, especially since there isn’t much content like this available. Thank you so much!
Excellente vidéo comme toujours ! If you are trying to go from Beginner to Intermediate, keep watching videos like these. Learning via conversations and stories will improve your French level much faster than trying to force memorisation of grammar rules. Something my students find useful is simply turning on the English subtitles in these videos and using them to understand the French. Hope this is helpful, Rory :)
@@johnperez3692 good question John. yeah, pretty similar. Assimil has the advantage of giving 100 clearly defined lessons which progress slowly from Beginner to Intermediate. It allows you to build up your level with confidence. These videos are amazing, but I remember it being difficult for me to go from "Beginner" short stories" to "Intermediate" short stories on RUclips, as the jump was just too big, My Students have liked Assimil method since the increase in level is gradual, not sudden.

Bonjour je m'appelle Marc je suis étudiant je cherche un correspondant anglophone avec je pourrais avoir des discussions pour améliorer mon anglais. Bien évidemment je m'engage également à lui apprendre le français. Hello, my name is Marc, I am a student looking for an English-speaking correspondent with whom I could have discussions to improve my English. Of course, I also undertake to teach him French. Merci /thank you
Why is Leo dansait en silence translated as Leo would quietly dance...? Is would dance not conditional tense but dansait just imparfait? Shouldn't it be danserait? Thanks just trying to understand these different tenses.
@@derekofbaltimore no English. No instructions. No translation. I want just the story in French. I am acquiring French using comprehensible input hypothesis.
@@RajvirSingh-m1n understood. The channel could possibly do two different tracks.. One were they take the story and do the normal instructions and one where they only give the french That being said if you are only listening to the videos then you can check out ccube academy (listen only because they have subtitles in both languages)
