the number of people who blew the 250k from easy roads to it is astounding really. well ill be fair to him 100k at least it was amazing how often outside interference from wives girlsfriends etc cost the players. Paddy was fave and roop ignored everyone outside and won 250k warmed my heart.
Also have you noticed the players that were willing to go for the £250k but were talked out of it by others were the ones with the most regret? 21k Donna was pushed into dealing by her bf, 29k Kelsie was smooth talked by the Banker into taking a shit offer, 8k Rob was pushed into dealing by his mum and 70k Paul here was pushed into dealing by his gf. All 4 of them were inconsolable by the end of their games and took the loss worse than anyone else did. Must be devastating to know your instincts were 100% right and you only missed out by listening to people you trusted.
To be fair Paul had one of the hardest roads to winning to £250,000. Turning down £70,000 at 5 box when you have to do a conventional round of 3 boxes is a VERY tough ask, plus no one in their right minds would turn down £100,000 on a blue/£250k finish. And really, £70,000 is already absolutely life-changing money to most people andnot worth risking with the possibility of a crash, and I for one would've definitely dealt that.

The girlfriend was already thinking of all the things she can buy with 70k, that's why she wanted him to deal.

It was the girlfriends fault. 🤦♂️
I agree, it is her fault...........
Just like Paul’s wife in the doctors and nurses episode
He's crying yet he won £70k... God help him if he won a blue, jesus.
How bizarre
A hundred thousand pounds he would've offered? Yeah right 🤡🤡🤡
I still agree with the girlfriend you just won 70k!!!! Hell yeah!!!!
