I have recently been diagnosed with adhd and bipolar, and I am in therapy and started meds, but life just seems like something I can't enjoy. I can’t seem to stay ahead and stay positive. Sometimes I just feel stuck as if there is no way out. And sometimes I just feel nothingness and emptiness and hopelessness. I hope that anyone else feeling like this will be able to get better and that there will always be hope for us.
Trust the process, the meds, the therapy. You are not alone. I understand you. Keep breathing, slowly, find things, even when just little things, but things you like or make you feel good for a moment or just make you smile for a while. And surround yourself by those little things. I know it's very hard somedays but do it for you. Breathe. Fight. Keep moving. Send you a big big huges and kisses.
