I often think how DR has come up to this level, from experience I can say For one we never forget where we came from and as soon as we are stablish where we find ourselves we start investing in our country we send the bag. We also spread the word on how beautiful our country is and our experience living there regardless of the small negative the adversities in life we stay positive. Flight into DR…. 60% makes sense for flight through PC and would be even guess that is on low side…Unless Canadian, flight is difficult to north coast with flight options limited-from what I have found. Even Santo Domingo can create some challenges with flight and nothing like direct as far my region in North America. Punta Cana is a quick, easy and overall relatively cheap and direct able flight attractive to those interested in abundance of AI options. I’m not a big AI fan as I like to get off beaten path a bit but find myself in PC again this week to get some sun and rum! I would love to continue to explore all corners of DR. This is only my 3rd visit. Cancun has been remarkably cheap for most airlines fitting the niche for quite a few traveler as well with even shorter flight.
Norberis all those beautiful adjectives describe the Dominican Republic beautifully. Can not disagree with anyone of them. But for me it is peace of mind. I am so at peace when I am there. It’s almost as if the Dominican Republic is not on this earth, it’s like it’s in another dimension. Maybe this is what others feel also; why they keep coming back. Good topic sis. 👍👍👍

I'm not a real estate agent so I don't know what the percentage is. As far as Airbnb management I charge a 15% fee.

That's difficult to answer without knowing what 2 world's are best for you. For example city and beach or Campo and eco, etc
