I feel pretty similar to you. I always feel alone but I don’t feel at home on this planet, in this universe. I can never be myself because it’s “not” physically possible.
Out of all the 8-9 hour lucid dreaming beats thus far, I think this one is responsible for a lucid dream. Although short lived, I'm fairly certain I was controlling that dream or at least making my own choices.
I have been listening to this every night for over a year. I poked in the comments once or twice and read that it has been nightmare fuel for some people. I’ve definitely had some crazy ass dreams in the past year, I’ll tell you that. Some nightmarish, but mostly just vivid and wild. I wish I had kept a “dream journal”, honestly, because many of them were incredibly cool experiences. Maybe I will start. I typed a few out in the note file on my phone. I have never dreamed the way I do listening to this, which is why I continued to put it on. I ffwd to 1 hour and 35 minutes in when I get into bed every night. That’s where I like to fall asleep. At 2 hours and 20 minutes, there’s a brief pause and shift in the sound. If I haven’t fallen asleep by then I usually rewind. So the sound while I’m asleep has been in the same window of the music. My life has also changed drastically over this period. I don’t know if it has anything to do with anything but within 3 months I had a headhunter find me and set me up with a new job that has been amazing, and the most money I have ever made in my life - I doubled my income. This sounds like a joke typing it out. I’m sure that was more random luck than anything else…probably? 😂
Thanks for sharing, I was in the same experience, sometimes you just think to yourself "wow, that dream was just such an amazing experience, i could never forget it!" and then 10 minutes later its gone haha. A dream journal is a must, i also find it is really good at helping jog your memory of the dream. I always remember much more while I am in the process of writing it down.
I had my first lucid dream to this. Although I think it had more to do with my 2 year old niece waking me up at the perfect time to result in an unintentional wake-back-to-sleep method. Still, this vid is my good luck charm now.
BEST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! MY FIRST EVER! i actually had 6 different lucid dreams and on one occasion i had a talk with this young boy explaining how i knew this was all a dream and he actually explained to me that he was conscious and knew what was going on... could someone explain this to me because im losing my mind.
If this was a real experience, you've just spoken to your younger self. I frequently have lucid dreams, not every night though. I had a dream I spoke to a young boy, we spoke for what seemed like 3 mins the first time. I saw him again about 2 months later, and then again and again within shorter time frames. In the dream world (or heaven, whatever floats your boat) everyone appears to be much younger (or a time when they were "pure"). I visited a therapist after I thought I was losing it. I received clear answers from my questions to this young boy. My therapist could not help me understand it as she has never had lucid dream. I dont want to seem like a nut to other youtubers or the trolls that frequent here so Inbox me for more info.
I spoke to a friend who passed away a few weeks after his death but that's beyond a lucid dream I am saying things outside of our understanding are real open your mind and enjoy

I’ve been listening to this for about two weeks and I have crazy dreams almost every night! My mind drops signs that I’m dreaming but I can’t snap into knowing that yet
I wrote an entire novel after a very lucid dream I had. I had to readjust to living here in this world. It was like I was in another life for years only to wake back up in a past life. I'm still pretty messed up from it but it gave me a new perspective on how reality works. We might all be dreaming right now and someday when we die, we will wake up somewhere else like it was all just a dream.
I'm a lucid dreamer. In nearly all my dreams, I am able to completely control my actions and do as I please. If I die in my dreams (many times I do) I just wake up, pick a spot just before where I died, and try again with a new decision. Been able to do this my whole life as far as I can remember. I'm curious to see how this affects my dreams! :) Goodnight RUclips land!
I had end of the world dream with this, and I remember crying in my dream too and it was very intense. Not trying to scare anyone just putting out my story.
It was a lucid dream as I remember flying and I know I was dreaming, I think I was in America, that's the impression I got think there was city's destroyed by water and me and my brothers survived but sadly not my parents that was why I was upset I think. The dream could have been brought on by some post's on FB I was reading out end of the world but I don't think the dream was telling me anything
When I was about to engage in lucid dreaming, a lot of images started popping up and then forming into different images like one of those hypnotic things. I started feeling weird and the volume of the music was going down. Before I was tempararily deaf it felt like I stopped breathing. This scared me and I opened my eyes just to see that I was breathing.
I’m already inept to very vivid lucid dreams but listening to this video has amplified the intensity of my amazing, wicked dreams even more so recently, thank you!
Bro i love this its like im in my own horror movie and ik im supposed to plan them ahead but theyre still filled with story line and all that this has been so cool
Took a nap using this today. Did not have any lucid dreams, but did dream. First time in a long time, that I recall. All about the one that..... well, you know the rest
Scary stuff. I woke up once to what I thought was a small pop in my house. I dismissed this as probably my floors creaking or something like that but about an hour later I was startled awake by a very loud clap sound in my ear. Almost as if someone was right next to me. I thought there could be someone in my house so I checked everywhere to find nothing...
I'm inclined to agree with you. Ever since I've started paying attention to my dreams I'v been able to tell when I'm going in the wrong direction I my waking life. Including incoming bad luck.
I fell asleep listening to this and I got like over 10 hours of sleep, also I was able to recall FOUR dreams in the morning something I barely am able to do
I have not yet listened to the audio but scrolled through the comments. I have always loved lucid dreaming and I have them quite often. There was a week were I had them like every night. The thing is I never had to learn to lucid dream it just came naturally since I was little. I didn’t learn that what I was experiencing was called lucid dreaming until a few months ago. Some dream get so crazy I can’t even explain really. I had so many lucid dreams, and I remember a lot of them to. Some from when I was like a little kid. A lot of times though I have dreams that are kinda half lucid. Like those games that have a story but you can make a choice every once and a while. Those are fun as well. I like to write so a lot of the stories I write are from my dreams . It’s a great way for me to test and experience things. I love lucid dreaming and for those that have never experienced it I hope you get a chance some day.
This really helped me in some way I usually wake up at 6am with this video Specifically with this one, and after i fall back asleep i get to remember a big part of my dream
I listened to this and I had a nightmare that my house was surrounded by cops and I ran outside using my dog as a meat shield and right before the cops shot me I woke up... wtf is wrong with me lol 😂
It's interesting to hear that this audio helps you have vivid dreams. Our brains are very complex and can react differently to various stimuli. It's possible that the binaural beats and soothing sounds in the audio may have a calming effect on your mind, allowing you to enter into a deeper state of sleep where dreams are more likely to occur.
Wtf is a skate punk ? Combining 2 cool things as an adjetive doesn't make it double cool it just sounds contrived and detracts from both imo On the other hand i like dreaming about skating. Skating and girls topless, I call them skate titties

Read the comments, couldn’t resist listening while going to sleep. I could actually see shadows moving around my room, although I was asleep. Then a bony, long fingered hand grabbed the left side of my head. Pretty intense.
I listened to this for the first time last night and I seriously had 2 separate lucid dreams. That’s only like the 3rd time in my entire life I was ever able to lucid dream. Can’t believe it actually worked!
This video truly works...with the combination of melatonin ..i had my first lucid dream! My third eye completely opened and I was floating in space. With the most vivid colors of blue and purple. It was beautiful. I can't wait to listen again tonight and I woke up feeling so refreshed. I too also keep a dream journal. And I do alot of study and research on lucid dreaming from what to eat before bed and what not to eat...how to prepare yourself before falling asleep... How to keep yourself in a theta state while sleeping. Also which crystals to place around your bed as you sleep. So much good stuff! Thank you for this awesome video!
It worked for me. I had a dream where I saw my cats in an airport and asked my friend how they got there, I realize there's no way because they're in Florida and I have to be dreaming, I fall on the floor and fall asleep in the dream, wake up in the weirdest upside down sleep paralysis even though I'm laying on my side, saw a shadow man watching me and then he threw my own head at me. 10/10.
Worked great for me. No demon pop tarts involved. I haven’t actually remembered or even thought that I dreamt at all in at least 5 years. I had the most vivid dream last night and I can actually remember it. I thought these tracks were just a lot of bullshit before. Hopefully I can fall into a lucid dream eventually.
Just had my first lucid dream ever listening to this while fading to sleep tonight.. Didn't believe any of this but decided to dedicate a few nights to it and the third time was the charm when I started mentally telling myself to stay concious over and over and even praying. Without doing this I only had small results such as remembering a dream the first two nights. Initially it was terrifying upon "waking up" and since the dream and environment sometimes correlated to personal lifelong experiences and their locations it all felt real and familiar even though it was so abstract and so It took a long time to realize it wasn't reality. Without the knowledge of reality checks or how to end it I actually felt like I was trapped in a state of limbo making this the longest two hours of my life. I had no idea how to escape until I died in the dream, emotions were at an elevated state as well as the sense of touch and feel, and about 40 min into it I began to realize I had full control and anything I thought I could do such as powers or wanted to have happen became a reality Im gonna refrain from going into details as it got to crazy to be taken seriously but I definitely recommend dedicating nights to this and not giving up. Ending note. It wasn't until I moved in real life and felt like I screwed things up by stirring up the body that I actually slipped into this state only monments later if you go into this overthinking it and that there's a perfect set of directions there's not! but there are tools to show you the door and not giving up is the biggest step.

Out of all the 8-9 hour lucid dreaming beats thus far, I think this one is responsible for a lucid dream. Although short lived, I'm fairly certain I was controlling that dream or at least making my own choices.
8-9 hours of rem sleep??? You sure?
@@Grace43251read the comment again, maybe your reading comprehension is better this year
@@blainekennedy Oh yeah 🤣 I made a mistake 😅 silly me.
I woke up with my entire head vibrating to this frequency and fell back in a deep almost psychedelic dream state.
Very cool frequency
I had my first lucid dream to this. Although I think it had more to do with my 2 year old niece waking me up at the perfect time to result in an unintentional wake-back-to-sleep method. Still, this vid is my good luck charm now.
Kazuma - kun can you tell me what the dream was, I'm interested in your lucid dream they are very mysterious.

That’s actually mad

Never thought of that has long we do what's right in are lives where ever that is we can be happy now
I... Think you may have reality shifted. O.o
I want to read this book
I'm a lucid dreamer. In nearly all my dreams, I am able to completely control my actions and do as I please.
If I die in my dreams (many times I do) I just wake up, pick a spot just before where I died, and try again with a new decision. Been able to do this my whole life as far as I can remember.
I'm curious to see how this affects my dreams! :)

Scary stuff. I woke up once to what I thought was a small pop in my house.

I almost always have vivid dreams when I come back to this audio while I sleep
It's interesting to hear that this audio helps you have vivid dreams. Our brains are very complex and can react differently to various stimuli. It's possible that the binaural beats and soothing sounds in the audio may have a calming effect on your mind, allowing you to enter into a deeper state of sleep where dreams are more likely to occur.

Dude. 21 min in is as far as I got . Woke up in a panicked sweat and now I’m sleeping with the lights on. Feels like a bad trip.
