I found out the right settings for my iPad 8 for the people who wants to know graphic quality 6 resolution 3 render distance 3 texture quality 1 motion blur on and you can carry your smoke intensity all the way

They need to cut down hard on reflections and lower texture quality alot more. The lighting ESPECIALLY, with so overly exposed contrast and big spots of lights and light beams, they can cut that out and just let us put no lighting except car headlights and buildings. Fake lighting.
This might sound stupid, but take off your phone case. If you don't want to buy a cooler, it's better to take it off, because it just makes the overheating worse.

I have to moto razr plus, the new 2023 flip phone, runs at 30 fps in the city regardless if on low it's really annoying. The only place I got 60 was the mountains and the shipping yard when I first launched the game. Keep in mind this is the newest gen snap dragon and hardware so it should be able to run it.
