MILLEFIORI!?!? It’s so cool watching this flip cup with those lost colors (☹️) turn into something completely different with RainX. Those colors…gorgeous. I’ve used RainX in the past, too. The spots here grew until touching and it made MILLEFIORI!! Beautiful!
Hi Gina! I haven't seen you for ages and I've missed you! I still use your fantastic cards every day, I love them heaps. Wow that rainex made incredible cells. Loved watching them grow! Gorgeous painting! It's freezing here in Australia atm so I'm going to jump back under my blanket 😄 Stay well and happy 😀💜🐨🥰🤗
@13:23 That's an angle. Halo, and white wings. Neat trick. Did you think this one up, or see it somewhere? Some look like flowers in bubbles. Think I even saw a sunny side up egg in one too.
@@GinaDeLuca Good to know that it reacts differently with different mediums... though that's probably put the kibosh on me getting cells like the ones you just did, because the chances of me being able to get Pebeo Pouring Medium in Australia are slim. Ah well.
I know I'm crazy commenting 3x but, I will definitely try this once I am able. Thank you so much for this idea. It looks like candy wet. The dried look is still quite glossy. I adore this piece.
Wow, I have never seen cells grow like those did. Crazy! I loved how the colors looked when you first flipped the cup. Amazingly gorgeous. Would like to see with a lot less magenta but leave the rest of the colors the same. I bet it would be incredible. What a fun experiment. Hopefully my cards arrive tomorrow. I am so excited to be getting them. Stay safe and healthy. 😺❤🤗💕
Omgoodness this is so psychedelic. I love it. I've been looking for a new pouring medium. It's hard to get Floetrol where I live. I love Floetrol maybe if I mix it 50/50 with a pouring medium. Thank you for sharing your experiments ❤
LOVE THIS!! I am very new to this style of art. I'm loving it though! I did my first piece tonight. So much to learn! Thanks for the great content I am working my way through your videos!
Nice to see you posting again! Always miss you when you're gone for awhile. Your fur baby is Gorgeous! When you pulled the cup up I audibly went Ooohhh! Lol. Love those colors! Rain-X cells are Crazy Cool! I haven't tried it yet. Is there any clean up needed with it like silicone? As always thank you for treating my eyes to something pretty & interesting. Have a great night!
Those cells are huuuuuuuuuuuuuuge! Do you have to clean off Rain-X like you need to clean off silicone oil? Does it affect the paint drying or do any other weird stuff?
Ok...I did learn something! I am still watching, I haven't started pouring yet. I was wondering how the colors come out on the painting after being poured. The magenta helped me to see that the colors that went in the cup first are on the top of the painting. I know that all paints/colors are not as powerful as the magenta. So once I determine how powerful a colors is in relation to the other colors I will use that will help me adjust 1. the order to place the paints in the cup 2. the relative amounts of the colors for the desired effect. Thanks Gina! I love love love this painting!
First-my “girls” Fetch & Dunk are happy to know Satchmo has recovered from his misadventure😺 I did not know, or actually it never occurred to me, that you could create cells after the pour. I am learning so much! That lends itself to a whole different perspective of creativity with a pour. I’m curious about two things-are the size of those cells a result of the type of paint you used or because of the RainEx? Also, can you drag your skewer with RainEx or silicone on it through the paint and create a “cell line” so to speak? I’m guessing it would probably create a big blob. Thanks so much for sharing your knowledge with us! Be well🙂
Each pouring medium gives a different effect with the RainX. One looks exactly like daisies. It fascinates me how they react so differently. The dragging the skewer through sounds like a good experiment to me!
The rain X would be better to use in a galaxy pour to make planet hold sells very well in pull colors beneath and Mixes very well definitely something I would try instead of trying to make it work with oil. Rain ur next on my galaxy pour planet Makin project lol Forgot to mention that the rain x is has a hard time breaking through white so I’m not sure how well it would do breaking through black 🤔
I know tha a lot of people don't like the big cells but as a beginner I love, love, love them! Thank you again!
You are great! All the things I also like--art, singing and kitties!
Oh it is absolutely glorious!

I’ve tested RainX with several pouring mediums and it reacts differently with each one. Just part of my regular testing method.
Very nice

Thanx for this...I had forgotten about RainX! great effects. Interesting that the Pebeo pre-mixed gives the transparent layered effect.

Not all magentas take over, but this one sure did!
Beautiful Gina! Is the rain x easier to clean than the dimethacone? (Sp)

I love that blue too. I must find out where to order that. Blue does not last with me.😄
