Hey friend, I hope it's okay to make a suggestion. If you place a fluffy towel underneath the base of the mic, it should muffle/absorb some of the sounds made when the fork scrapes the wooden board. Or you can place a towel under the wooden board.

Actually you can also place a smaller hand towel to the side of camera to place your utensil on or one for your drinking glass and this will also help muffle the harsh sounds! Also, if you place a thick or fluffy towel/rug/blanket underneath your table and yourself that'll also help absorb some background noise and catch any food that drops on the ground. You can just vacuum crumbs up afterwards! 🤠 I've learned some audio tricks asking the way. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask! 💕
