Dude 1 D1 team...1TEAM..hasn't made a 6 win bowl game since 2016. And it ain't Colorado. Nebraska is the worat program in college football and it ain't even close. I would be worried about UTEP. UTEP sees "easy win" with Nebraska on their schedule.

NDSU has won six straight games against FBS teams since 2010. The streak started with a 6-3 win at Kansas in 2010. They then beat Minnesota (37-24 in 2011), Colorado State (22-7 in 2012), Kansas State (24-21 in 2013), Iowa State (34-14 in 2014) and No. 13 Iowa (23-21 in 2016), all on the road.
North Dakota State is going through a brief downcyle partially due to new tranfer/nil(all fcs programs hurting from poaching). Evidence, lots of recent player and coaching turnover, 4 losses last year. If Colorado doesn't win that one, they will be in for a long season.
NDSU is not better than Colorado or Nebraska. Both teams CU and NU will be 1-0 going into week 2. This will be the biggest game in Lincoln this year.

I live in Orange County CA and TJ Lateaf plays for Orange Lutheran in the Trinity League which is regarded as one of the most competitive high school football league in the United States. Mater Dei and St. John Bosco are in the Trinity League. In 2023 Mater Dei was ranked #1 in the country and St. John Bosco was ranked #3. In 2023 Orange Lutheran was in the middle of the Trinity Lesgue. Three other Trinty teams were nationally ranked in 2023. Servite 78, Orange Lutheran 80 and Santa Margarita 81. It's also year in and year the toughest league in all of California. Mater Dei has won the national crown in 2017,2018, & 2021.

I haven't seen TJ Lateaf play, but to play and start on any Trinity League team you have to be a very elite player in the Southern California area.

Ugh I have such a special feeling in my heart about that ‘11 Ohio State game. Rain at night against a powerhouse, first year in the big ten. Man it was absolutely magical that night.
First night game-- Nebraska- florida state in September 1986. Deion Sanders got smashed that night as NU rolled up 34 points.
The Miami game in 2014 was rowdy, and Nebraska ran all over the canes to win by 10.

Drone rules: I can't legally fly beyond my line of sight. So I'm always nearby somewhere.
Most drones can go 10+ miles without losing connection to the controller, but only have ~30 minutes of battery life. So definitely not good enough to fly from Lincoln to Nebraska City and back. Military drones are a different story.
Sip is right, I razz him at the Ticket regularly. It's easy because I live just across the street and I'm usually out chasing pigeons early in the morn already. 🕊🕊🚁

If you have a QB that can keep a team on point, defenses will not be able to load the box against Nebraska. This will open up the run game and we should see a very balanced approach.

I wonder if Nebraska's pursuit of passing quarterbacks has more to do with being able to score more quickly. One-score losses always come down to the final 2 minutes of the game. Either you can drive the field and score - - or else you can't. Nebraska has been in the "can't" column for a number of years. With Dylan Raiola they presumably move into the "can" column.
