Oh my goodness! You are GORGEOUS with a shaved head! Hope this is the first of many more appearances like this. You LOOK strong, confident, & empowered. My very good girlfriend recently shaved her locks due to scarring alopecia. It was a blessing to walk along with her on her journey from decision to freedom (her word). Thanks for sharing your heart & your journey.

I lost my hair to chemo. People like to say, "It's just hair!" Yeah, but it's MY hair. I can promise you that NO ONE wants to lose their hair - neither man nor woman! Heather, I am so sorry you are going through this. I have a friend who lost her hair to chemo and it never grew back. She said that has been much more devastating than losing her breast, and she is in her 70's. I absolutely felt like I was taking charge when I shaved my head. I get you, girl Thank you for sharing. This will help so many women. I am in tears with you. And I am so proud of you, sister. Much love and many prayers being sent your way.
I have not experienced hair loss but my sister has cancer so she has. I think it’s interesting that people not losing their hair say “it’s just hair.” It’s NOT just hair! So for those who say it’s just hair shave your heads and see how you feel.
I'm one of those who had chemo and my hair never grew back. It's devastating, but I'm here and I am so grateful to God! Also buying a wig was so confusing and expensive! I'm learning to figure things out as I go along... oh yeah chemo left me with norapathy.. it's so sad when these bad things happened to all of us, but be of good courage because God always gives us a solution! ❤️
Wow...just wow. YOU ARE AMAZING. What a testimony of courage and strength you are to so many. And I was shocked at how beautiful you are with so little hair!
Ok I realize you may not even see this, but i just have to tell you that #1 I had no idea you were going through this. #2 I am very impressed with the way you are handling this and sharing your story to empower others, #3 I am blown away by how natural the wig looks and how great it truly does look on you, but the most important thing I want to tell you is that when you removed your wig....Wow...you are absolutely gorgeous! I was kind of nervous to see you without it. But I was seriously taken aback by how beautiful you are without long hair. So, I guess I just want to say, you honestly look beautiful either way! You should rock that shaved look and feel just as beautiful as we all see you! Because you truly are! ❤️
You are a champion! You are beautiful! My Mama’s story: She always had a beautiful thick head of hair and to be honest, she was quite proud of it. At 48 years old she was diagnosed with A.L.L. She went through some of the most rigorous chemotherapy that her nurses had ever seen. She lost all of her hair EVERYWHERE! She was so sick and spent 57 days in the hospital. She was ashamed of her bald head. To me she was the most beautiful woman in the whole world. She did recover and was completely healed. Her hair grew back and she started going to her weekly beauty shop appointments. She was cancer free for 21 years until another cancer showed up in her lungs. We went through surgery, chemotherapy and radiation and BALDNESS again. But she was still with us for another 3 years. I called her my ducky when her soft little hair started coming back. This in no way relates to you. Except that you too are a warrior! You’ll win this battle and you will always be beautiful with hair or without hair. Your comedy brings joy and life. You keep being YOU no matter what. God bless you Heather! I’m sincerely praying that you will grow a glorious mane of beautiful hair. ❤️
I went through exactly the same thing after Covid! I had a sever case and was hospitalized and almost put on a ventilator. Not long after my hair started coming out by the handfuls! Doc said it was because my body was focused on keeping my organs alive so the non essential things like hair my body put on the back burner! I had to cut it short and now it’s finally growing back! You look beautiful with or without it! It’s nice to know that we aren’t alone in this! Stay strong 💪🏼
This post-COVID hair loss happened to me as well. I typically have really thick hair that people often comment on so it felt like a big hit. I will say that after about a year to year and a half it started growing back, but it came in curly so it didn’t feel like my own hair. That was a second difficult season but either it is starting to get more normal or I am just getting more used to it. Regardless, I’m glad to have more hair now, so hopefully that will be your experience as well. You look absolutely gorgeous with your shaved head!
The 3 years of losing hair, no hair, and bad hair growing back was the most devastating part of having cancer. Think of that- something cosmetic, related to treatments was the MOST devastating. It’s not all vanity, it’s our normal of how we look to ourselves and a daily reminder of what we’ve been through. It’s why trauma to the face (stitches, scars, burns) are harder to adjust to than the same injury to a leg or arm. I’m wishing you healing and recovery…your honesty is inspirational to others. 💕
We never know just how strong we are, until strong is our only choice. Heather im so sorry you have to go through this. You really are so beautiful inside AND outside. Thank you for sharing your story. I'm sure it released even more stress on you. Keep being you! On the bright side... I just know your comedic skills will only get better. Sending you big ((hugs)) love & renewed laughter, here in Louisiana ❤🤗🥰😘 Maybe You can be the one to REinvent the word wig 😊😘
I think you're adorable with a shaved head! I wish I looked as good as you in mine!In 2017 I had a total hysterectomy due to endometrial cancer...caught very early so no chemo or radiation but noticed I was losing hair like crazy. Then in 2019, I had 2 large areas of basal cell carcinoma removed from my scalp, areas that will never grow hair again because the surgery was deep & hair follicles & all had to be removed. I had already been suffering with alopecia areata for more years than I can remember & I was so embarrassed that folks could see my scalp even though I had some hair. You just said everything I've felt for the last 40+ yrs. I'm 63 now, keep my head buzzed & will sometimes wear wigs or not. If it's hot I sweat so bad I can't stand a wig but then in the winter they keep my head warm! Lol! It is what it is & we can't change it...we have to just enjoy the fact that we have options. Depending on our mood, we can throw on a wig! Or not! No more bad hair days! You're still you! My son keeps mine trimmed up nice. I just had back surgery & he made sure my head was neatly trimmed up cause I wasn't wearing a wig to just end up taking it off! I go to most of my doctor appts with no wig. You are beautiful just the way you are & you're still loved just the same! Be blessed, Heather! God loves us and knows our hearts! That's the most important part! Blessings from VA! 💗
Your very short hair accentuates your beautiful eyes and face. You are absolutely beautiful without your wig. Of course you’re beautiful with your wig as well. Thank you for the humor that you bring into my life. It is so helpful.
My MIL lost ALL of her hair after having Covid, and she has had the hardest time with the emotional aspect of it. My love and prayers are with you- you are BEAUTIFUL AND STRONG!!
Thanks so much for sharing this with us. My hair is thinning out too. My eyebrows and lashes are just about gone too. I have 3 hairs left on my legs and I now shave once a year, I like that part. but if the light is shining on my legs, I'll be damned if I didnt miss one of the three, go figure. I hope that made you smile a bit. You still look good. You have faith and courage. Bless you.❤
Thank you, thank you, thank you for sharing. Suddenly losing hair for no explainable reason is devastating. Women need to talk openly about this. It helps to know you are not alone and to share tips and resources. You are so beautiful inside and out, hair or no hair. Much love and blessings to you.😗
I know how hard it is to see yourself in a different way. After seeing the big reveal, my first reaction was how good it did look. My hair started falling out around your age. I just couldn't understand. I have curly hair. Everyone said my hair loss was normal for curly hair, but it was like you said. Handfuls of hair at each wash. My diagnosis was severe hormone imbalance and adrenal fatigue. We are more than our hair, but it's still so hard to lose it. I'm proud of you for taking charge for your self. You are beautiful, inside and out. Your faithful follower, Audra
I started losing my hair around 50 after hysterectomy. Then I was diagnosed with Sjogren disease. My hair use to be so beautiful and long. I found out I had a double whammy because both make your hair fall out. Than goodness for braids. The up side, is I never have to shave my legs. All hair on my body is pretty much nonexistent . A little under the arms and down below. So, I try and look at the positive side of losing my hair.
Actually, your bald head brings attention to your beautiful eyes! So striking! I started having massive hair drop before Covid - we think it is from a medication I take for a bile duct issue. It also affected my fingernails. I now had thinning hair all over and balding temples and sides, and weak, lifting, creased fingernails. Two of the things that I have always liked most about myself physically. Luckily, with lots of care, I was able to stem the hair loss and it is pretty much back and it is the longest it has been since I got married - crazy, cuz I'm 58, but luckily I look a bit younger. The nails are a work in progress - thank God for press on nails (wigs for fingers...). Anyway, I get where you're coming from. I was researching wigs in case my hair just kept ending up on all my floors instead of my head. I don't know why anyone would walk around with an ugly wig, because I swear there are beautiful wigs for all prices! You just have to find the right women to talk to. I notice that women of color have fabulous wigs and know all of the tips and tricks. It makes me so angry when I see insurance companies directing women suffering through cancer treatments to companies that want thousands of dollars for awful fake-looking wigs that are literally scams when they could pay for wigs that are beautiful and make a cancer patient feel like themselves. Anyway, thank you for putting this out there and being brave about showing your bald head. Also, that wig looks fabulous!
Heather, you are just as beautiful on the outside as you are on the inside. A true inspiration to women everywhere. So proud of you for sharing your story. 💞💪
Oh my Lady! You are absolutely RADIANT! YOU have a Glow that speaks without saying a word! You have helped so many people by doing this today. Thank you for sharing your story! Bless you!
You look AWESOME! I am fighting cancer and have been Bald for over a year now. I had my husband shave it when mine started falling out, and it’s hard! But you are so right it’s empowering. I did a wig, wraps & scarves, and now I just go about my business bald! I hope it grows back soon, but what happens is OK. Good luck with your journey.
Wow gosh I didn’t expect it to look so great! It really looks so good on you. Its just so natural as if this hairstyle was meant for you!! Stunning before and after!!
Empower was the word I was thinking before you said it. There are times we need to take control and be empowered through the things we must endure. Endure is a tattoo I have on my wrist. Empowered just may be another I need to get. I have been going through recovery from an accident at work. It has affected my legs which prevents me from walking as before. Being empowered to take control, as I can, is helping the healing. I think, why am I going through this? The Lord knows and I may never find out, but keeping a positive attitude or positive outlook is helping the process. Thank you for sharing and allowing us to see you for who you are! I hope that anyone who is going through something is empowered by you because you are being yourself. Some journeys are meant to be done alone, but so many more are meant to be gone on with others. Thank you!
I'm getting ready to start Chemo and as a Hairstylist losing my hair is going to be so hard thank you for sharing. I think a gradual shortening is going to be my way but good for you. Your wigs are great!
Before I started chemo I had long brown hair and I thought it would really bother me to lose it. I went ahead and cut it really short. I didn't lose it all but it got really thin and turned snow white. Now it's grown back really thick and a salt and pepper color. I've decided to keep it short and I really love it. Especially in the summer. Hope everything goes well for you.
I just came across your McDonald's I can't do it short today it was on my Google timeline so I watched it and was instantly hooked. You're a beautiful woman and hair or no hair doesn't change that and I will continue to watch your videos no matter what because I'm looking at your personality and how naturally funny you're not your hair God bless.
I lost a lot of my hair after having covid too. A year later its finally starting to grow back. Thank you for sharing, I feel a little btter knowing that I wasn't the only one and wasn't imaging it. Been considering a wig...haven't desided yet. Take care Heather!
Thank you for showing your strength. I am losing my hair slowly but I’m 69. I hate it. I still have long hair but it’s thin and grey. And everyday I am cleaning the hair out of my sink or tub. Never thought of a wig so thank you for that as well. You are a beautiful soul and I am very grateful to you for sharing. 🥰❤️🇨🇦
Your beautiful with your head shaved. ❤ You have the prettiest hairline I've ever seen. I'm so sorry you're going through a hard time and I'm praying for you. Much love and happiness to you and your family!! ❤❤❤
Oh my gosh your beautiful with out and with!! I shaved my head when I was going threw chemo it was falling out in handfuls so eventually it all fell out I was hairless for like 6 months before it grew back!!I've recently years later noticed I'm thinning in the front of my hair !! I'm so proud of you if it was me I'd probably do the same less to worry about seeing it fall out!! Thanks for sharing!!
Heather you look absolutely stunning with your shaved head! I shaved heads for St. Baldricks to raise money for childhood cancer and kept saying one day I would do it myself. Little did I know I had a massive brain tumor and it would have to be removed so I needed to shave my head anyways. Prayers for you that nothing major is going on with your health.
You are beautiful inside & out! I will soon be 51 & am noticing significant hair loss due to Sjogrens syndrome, & now looking like Lupus also. So now I'm not just losing my teeth but slowly losing my hair. God bless to y'all who are able to cope with all this. I'm still praying, but I just feel myself slowly giving up & not sure what to do anymore but pray. God bless🙏❤🙏❤
Heather, You are Beautiful! I love you with hair n Without hair! I do understand how you feel because I suffer from hair loss also! Everytime I wash my hair n brush my hair, I lose massive amounts! My hair is very long, down past my butt long and I keep it pulled back n braided! I quit letting it bother me so much because theres nothing I can do about it n I sure can't afford one wig, let alone several to even look better! I'm just gonna be a bald lady! Out of my control! My family loves me no matter if I have hair or not! I love myself bc God made me and gave me strength to surpass hair loss! GOD DON'T MAKE NO MISTAKES! AMEN. Just remember that! YOU HAVE NO WORRIES BC YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL JUST THE WAY YOU ARE! GOD BLESS YOU HEATHER! YOU'RE A STRONG WOMAN BECAUSE GOD MADE YOU STRONG! 🙏🙏🙏🙏💖💖💖😀😀👍👍🌹🌼🌸🌹
Heather you look beautiful to me with your shaved head. It looks so natural and it brings out the natural beauty of your facial features. Thanks for being so strong in a very vulnerable moment. We fans could care less about your hair. You are very funny and this should give you a lot of material to your routine. Please own your uniqueness. For years I was ashamed of my weird name until I owned it. Be true to yourself and let your “ problem” be someone else’s problem. You are truly beautiful in a physical sense and your head looks great wig or natural. Thanks for sharing.
Heather, I have had the same severity of hair loss myself for the past 12 years. I haven't gotten a wig or hair topper because as far as I know the good ones are really expensive. Your wig looks really nice and it looks realistic. Congrats on finding a good one! I hope with this better paying job I just got that I can finally afford a wig or hair topper. Thanks for sharing your experience so that those of us dealing with the same thing feel less alone.
You usually make me laugh, today you put tears in my eyes. My heart goes out to you. Please know that YOU are beautiful inside AND out! Hair, no hair! Thanks for sharing this, and empowering other women who maybe struggling with hair loss.
You look amazing with your head shaved! ❤️ I too have cut my hair off and started wearing wigs due to hair loss. It is scary and empowering as well as fun, getting to try different styles and colors. Bless you for sharing your story. And bless the wig women that helped you in your journey. I would encourage you to also check out Denise Sheets, who goes by hey wig sister. She is extremely informative and a woman of faith. God bless you Heather, and remember, you are more than your hair!
You look just as beautiful without your wig as you do with your wig. Beauty doesn’t come from the outside it comes from inside. You are rockin’ it. Bald and beautiful! Thank you for sharing your story and I pray the doctors find answers for your peace of mind and if they don’t you have peace in your heart that you are beautiful no matter what. ❤️
You look absolutely beautiful!!! And you are beautiful inside and out. I’m sorry for the struggles you have been through but I thank you for sharing them. I’m so glad you took your power back.
Honestly, you look good with a buzzed head. I did not even realize you were wearing a wig. Of course you are grateful that it is not for a greater health issue. That does not mean you aren’t sad for losing your hair. I hope they find and correct the reason.
Heather, I was so moved...I cried. You are beautiful inside and out! You have brightened up many a day for me with your hilarious humor. I am so sorry for this trial you are going through, and at the same time, I see you as a hero. This video was so encouraging, and I'm sure no matter what others are going through, this will give them a sense of empowerment. , and it will help them to cope. Best wishes!
I lost a lot of hair because of covid. It's scary when it comes out by the handful when you wash or brush it. Even just running my fingers through it! My grandpa was a little short bald man who had a saying that I hope brings a smile to you. He used to say that God only made so many perfect heads, the rest he covered with hair. You are still a beautiful lady!
I think it looks great shaved, sophisticated and stylish! Whichever way you go i.e. wearing or not wearing a wig, bravo to you for not only taking control but sharing to help others! You are amazing!
You're an amazing, inspirational, encouraging and beautiful woman! After I had covid, I was losing hair by the handfuls also, to the point I didn't like brushing or washing my hair. The fear and anxiety was overwhelming. I tried telling myself, it's just hair but it felt like I was losing a part of me. So, I called my sister and she told me the same thing happened to her after she had covid and it lasted for about 6months. I thought, I'll be bald in 6 months. Its been about a month since it stopped falling out. My hair is nowhere near as thick as it once was and yes, the texture is different. I guess we'll see what happens. Thanks to you, that's a fear that no longer has a hold on me. ❤️
You are Gods beautiful creation! I am so very proud of you taking control versus being controlled by it’ having been a hairdresser for 27 years and a cancer survivor myself I have shaved many heads and had to shave my own! It is never an easy choice! God loves you and so do I🙏❤️
Heather, you are beautiful with or without hair! 🥰 Hair is just hair. I’m a wiggy myself. Nothing is wrong with me medically either. I just grayed early on (it’s hereditary on my dad’s side) and I was not ready to sport the salt and pepper look yet so I started wearing wigs (you’re right, someone should have come up with a better name) LOL. 😂 Anyhoo, I love wigs! I have even thought about shaving my head just because. You are rockin’ it girl!! Much love. 😊💜
I lost my hair after I had the delta virus. My hair fell out for over six months. I did get a wig to wear. My hair, slowly, started growing back in. The texture is different but I’m thrilled that my hair has grown back. I understand completely how you feel. Thank you for sharing.
Same thing here. Had Delta in July 2021, and three months later gobs of hair started falling out. It is very traumatizing. Mine got stick thin over the next few months... it was really awful. I started taking collagen and biotin and that seemed to help get it growing back (slowly). But my hair's texture is different now, too. It is very fine and light as a feather. So strange.
Heather I truly appreciate your story. Due to hormonal changes I started having hair loss. My docs just said it's age related and acted like it wasn't a big deal. But it was. When you talk about morning the loss of it, is exactly what I went through. Too my mother had lost her hair over the course of chemo. She couldn't handle wigs as they were too hot and uncomfortable. One the morning after she passed I went to her bed and touched her remaining hair and cried all day. For woman hair loss is devastating. I am glad you are brave enough to share how you feel going through this gradual process. What an awesome service when you tell me how horrible the loss of control makes you feel. I wish my doctors understood how humiliating and how helpless losing your crowning glory is for a woman. BTW you are beautiful with or shaved...I do not see anything but a beautiful soul. God bless you Sister. Angie S.
I loved this so much. I’m going through what I call “my hair death”, due to early onset menopause, and it’s been a struggle to reconcile the image in my head with the reality in the mirror. I’m so grateful for everything in my life, why am I so bummed about this one thing, right? You hit all the points so well! Especially in a society that raised us to believe our hair was our crowning glory. Girl, you nailed this one! You look amazing with your short cow-licky do, and the wig (I call it my ‘Royal fur collection’ 😁) doesn’t even look like one on you. You cut that “wtf” off at the knees and that is inspiring as heck!! Your light shines just as brightly either way, doll! Blessings sent your way 🙌🤍
As a woman with hair loss I so identify where you are, I am about at the same place debating shaving it off and going with wigs. Just want to say you’re an inspiration ❤
Heather, you are so brave! I have to tell you I think you look beautiful with your bald head! So you are definitely one of those people who can rock the bald head, IF you want to. I’m sure you are being inundated w/things to try so add this to the list. I have an essential oil blend that helps with hair loss, MANY people are seeing a change using it. If you are interested in trying it let me know and I’ll send you what you need for it. No strings ie money exchanged, just want to give it to you to try. Thank you for sharing all the things about you, I absolutely adore you! Be well! 💕
Omg, you actually look Really good with a shaved head! The makeup and big hoop earrings really are a great touch!! Thanks for sharing such a personal moment!!
I lost my hair, too, but for a different reason. When I was 42, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. After starting chemo (the really nasty stuff) my hair began to fall out, so I shaved my head. It felt liberating! And, like you, I felt in control of at least SOMETHING. I'm now 59, have my hair back, and am so thankful to be healthy and cancer free. I read a beautiful quote awhile back: "If only our eyes saw souls instead of bodies, how very different our ideals of beauty would be." I saw a beautiful woman in your video today.
You are incredibly brave for sharing. I think you look amazing with your shaved head. Good for you for taking control of your situation. You are an inspiration for the rest of us!
Wow! Thank you for being brave, looking at that cruddy situation right in the face and saying, "no! I'm taking control, and making good of this bad hand!" Tell your hubby thanks for sticking by you, and God bless you Heather from my wife and I!
Girlfriend I know exactly how you feel! I am a recent breast cancer survivor. As recent as it has not even been one year yet since my remission declaration. I had to shave my head after my first round of chemo and it was the most devastating thing I’ve ever had to go through! I knew I was fighting for my life but it didn’t change the fact that I lost my hair which had been to the middle of my back prior to going through chemo. I so appreciate your honesty and vulnerability. My hair is growing back now but it’s still quite short. Many people say they love it and think I should keep it this way but it’s simply not me. I look in the mirror and don’t recognize myself still. But I am thankful to God that it has come back in. I wore wigs while going through chemo and was thankful that they were available. Keep strong girl and keep being you!
I stumbled across this video immediately after a phone conversation with my best friend about our hair loss. She is in VA and I am in NC so we don’t see each other as much as we would like. We decided to go look for wigs next time she visits. Then I saw this video and sent it to her. I hope if one day I have to make the decision to shave my head that I am as brave as you and other women have been. My mother and sister had to because chemo treatments. I have always had long hair and is/was my best feature even at 67. No matter how old we are …our hair is important to us. My right side has thinned out terribly. You are BEAUTIFUL without your hair!
I just ran across your channel yesterday and haven't laughed that hard in a long time. Thank you for your unique sense of humor. And thank you even more for sharing this story of losing your hair and your incredible honesty in life while having a public forum to talk with. We all must talk and share our hearts with others. Honestly like this is so important and so necessary in our world right now. Bless You!
Not that you will see my comment or that anyone cares about my two cents but you are beautiful.... period. And you are even more beautiful without the wig. I thank you for sharing with us.
Oh, you are absolutely STUNNING with this new look. I hate that you are experiencing this but you are so inspirational, beautiful inside and out and just radiate strength, class, grace and sheer incredible beauty 💕
Heather you are so inspirational and not to mention absolutely stunning with your shaved head!!!! Thank you for shedding light for others that may be going through the same as you! Keep continuing to shine your light ❤️
So real! You’re brilliant! WOW Heather! Proud of you. It is very freeing to shave your head for a woman when you have hair loss. It’s also great to see the cowlicks & the directions of hair growth we never knew about all this time. I’ve been wearing wigs since 2017 and it’s been the most fun journey to wear different styles & colors for different occasions or seasons. I don’t veer much away from a certain style or color at work but outside of that it’s always a vacation! I hope you have or can make peace with your situation whatever is to come. Blessings. Thanks for sharing. ❤️🙏🏻👏🏻🙌🏻👍🏻
You’re beautiful with or without your hair. Thank you for being so brave and encouraging others while you are finding your way through this journey. There is always a “test” before the testimony. You got this!!
Thank you for sharing your journey. I have someone I love who is experiencing this after covid as well. I'm sharing your story to encourage her. Praying for you Heather.
I am grateful for your words about grief and that the whole situation is worthy of grief, and it so is. May you know the Comfort of the Tear Collector when the Tear Collector comes.
You go girl !!! You look absolutely beautiful with or without hair!!! Thanks so much for empowering not only yourself, but I’m sure countless other women. Our hair certainly does not define who we are. Again thanks for your honesty and courage. Love you girl!!!
You are beautiful, not because of, or lack of your hair, you are beautiful because your light shines so bright. And nothing can change that! Perfect either way.
Heather, this is the first time I've ever been moved enough to comment on you tube. You are beautiful with or without your head dress (aka dreaded work wig). You are beautiful inside & out. Please realize what a great inspiration you are to many people for this and many other reasons.
Heather you are so beautiful with or without hair. I can totally relate to what you are going through because I have been experiencing hair loss for the past few years. Every time I clean out the shower drain I always say, “thank you Lord that i still have hair.” It is mind boggling how I could still have hair at the rate it has been falling out. I have always had long hair and like you mine has thinned and there is no texture anymore. I thank you for your candid and brave reveal. I am still at the stage of wanting to hold on to what I have left but who knows what I will feel in the future. Your honesty about this will stay with me forever. Thanks so much for sharing and for all the many times you have made me laugh. The world certainly needs more laughter. 🥰
I just wanted to thank you so much for your post. I had astroke at 53 and found myself instantly changed my left side is paralyzed and im now in a neglectful nursing home after my family abandoned me ive felt helpless and unlovable but your post inspired me thank you!! I love your shaved head by the way!! It's beautiful you are gorgeous!!!
I have a lot of hair but I went through a period of about 10 years where my hair was falling out. It was everywhere! I just wanted to say that you are beautiful with & without hair girl. I will keep you in my prayers . Remember that the Lord never gives us anything we can't handle. God bless you.
I was expecting something terrible when you took off your wig but girl you are rocking that shaved head. I did t realize how dark your hair is. I’m very proud of you and thankful that you became so vulnerable for other women. God bless you!!
I just found you. I'm struggling with losing my hair, also & am considering shaving my head. I'm much older, at age 66. You're beautiful with & without hair. God bless you.
Prayers and positive thoughts from Tennessee: My wife, my boys, and I LOVE you. Your humor and your spirit are a blessing to so many. Thank you for your courage and for helping all of us see the world in a better way, whether you're being funny or sharing something so personal and serious. You are the beautiful woman God made you, and we appreciate you for who you are.
OMG! I’m so glad you shared , I’ve had times in my life where I would go through similar situations and it was always linked to hormones , mostly thyroid , and now at 53 it’s menopause, but for women you fight those fine lines that turn to creases and about 7 years ago , I stopped coloring my hair and embraced my beautiful gray , but when you lose it , it’s the most devastating, it always took me about a year to regain some fullness , but never completely and I have baby fine hair , so now I’ve decided to wear it short which I thought I would never do , but my hubby said it makes me look youthful , Thank the Lord for loving husbands , your bravery is so inspiring to so many women who are probably going through this too God Bless you beautiful lady ❤from TX
Girl......God bless you!!!! Im just seeing this today!! You have a lot of good spirits around you!!! Seriously, I saw an orb around you as you did this video!! You are a powerful inspiration to others by sharing this!!! Bright Blessings!!! Thank you!!
I LOVE your shaved head!! You look amazing! I'm a "short-Haired" girl and I just love it!! Thank you for sharing! My daughter complains about losing her hair at 27 due to thyroid issues so I know your pain! When I saw your headline, I panicked thinking you may be sick. So thankful you are not! So glad you have some peace!!
Thank you for sharing such a beautiful story. My 29 year old daughter has been going through this for several years. I applaud your strength and beauty.
You are beautiful....from the inside out!!! I love that you shared this with us and I know that couldn't have been easy. You are stunning! Wig...no wig...hair...no hair...God has a plan for you and NOBODY can stop it!!! You are a ray of sunshine...keep that smile on your face and know that you are loved.
Way to take back your power!!! Beauty resonates from within outward. You are a shining light! Thanks for sharing your vulnerability! We appreciate you and stand with you in your humanness! 🙏😎
I Am Not Sure Why You Thought You Needed A Wig. You Are Absolutely Stunning Without One. Thank You For Sharing And Being An Encouragement To Others. You Are A Blessing To So Many And God Is Using You In Such A Powerful Way.
Heather you look so beautiful even with a shaved head. You have sooo many options now, and you don't have to go through the devastation every time you shower now. YOU took back your power! I am sooo proud of you!
You CAN pull it off!!! It looks great! And it is in style right now. I have hair loss from chemo so I understand grieving your hair. I’m losing it again and I’m almost to the point of shaving it. Thank you for letting me feel like that is ok. Forever a fan.
You are so AMAZING! I think your message will touch a ton of people deeply just as it has me. I have a lot to think about. Your message gives me strength. Love you girl!
The fact that you are able to speak to this enormous event (of hair loss) without the added impact of cancer speaks volumes to how devastating this is for cancer patients - this in itself aside from the cancer is a definite loss to be grieved (when it’s not your choice). My aunt had cancer over 20 years ago and lost her hair. A year ago she started losing it again, no cancer. To lose it again is just unmentionable, but I tell her she is the strongest person I know. Thank you, Heather for bringing such a sensitive voice to this difficulty you are walking through. God gave you this platform, but did not give you the hair loss. You have a ministry with it; however, that I believe will bless the world. ❤️
You rock. Stop Praying for you … I ain’t doing it… we are praying for your strength. I had the blessing of interviewing you and we went to your show in Raleigh NC. I think I cracked a rib I laughed so hard. Love ya kind lady.
Was thinking same thing. She's beautiful and can pull it off 🙂
Ditto!!
Your not alone.... Your Personality, those Gorgeous eyes your warm beautiful smile and your amazing gift of making a difference in others lifes all the while healing others at the same time your powerful women.

You LOOK incredible with a shaved head and you are even more of an inspiration. I am happy that you are happy, and Amen to your empowerment!🧡
Beautiful ♡
You are beautiful
I went through exactly the same thing after Covid! I had a sever case and was hospitalized and almost put on a ventilator. Not long after my hair started coming out by the handfuls! Doc said it was because my body was focused on keeping my organs alive so the non essential things like hair my body put on the back burner! I had to cut it short and now it’s finally growing back! You look beautiful with or without it! It’s nice to know that we aren’t alone in this! Stay strong 💪🏼
Same thing with my cousin. I couldn’t believe the clumps of hair. There has to be a link.
You look amazing...
Thank you for your strength...
You rock...
Sending you big ((hugs)) love & renewed laughter, here in Louisiana ❤🤗🥰😘
Maybe You can be the one to
REinvent the word wig 😊😘
Bless you.❤
You are beautiful whether you’re going through a crappy situation with your hair or not❤️ prayers for you
Thank you, thank you, thank you for sharing. Suddenly losing hair for no explainable reason is devastating. Women need to talk openly about this. It helps to know you are not alone and to share tips and resources. You are so beautiful inside and out, hair or no hair. Much love and blessings to you.😗
I’m so sorry you’re going through this!!!! I know it’s got to be hard. Just remember you’re gorgeous ❤️
Did the same thing when I went through chemo, it is empowering! Thank you for sharing
You are SO freaking beautiful! Hair, no hair, toupee..you rock life when life tried to rock you! Your strength amazes me every, single day! 😘🥰
Thank you for sharing your hair loss journey with us. I think you look beautiful with a shaved head. Very elegant! Prayers, and God bless you!
As women our hair is really important to us. I understand. Mine isn't what it used to be and I wish it were.
Oh Heather! I was expecting it to be strange but you actually look so good!! Thank you for being so brave!!
Be true to yourself and let your
“ problem” be someone else’s problem. You are truly beautiful in a physical sense and your head looks great wig or natural. Thanks for sharing.
I love it!❤️
I understand and due to medical issues my head has been shaved many times. I learned to rock the faux hawk! ❤️
Love the hair color you have on this video. Very pretty on you.
Much love. 😊💜
Thank you for choosing to be vulnerable and sharing this part of your journey with us. You’re still beautiful inside and out!
I'm taking control, and making good of this bad hand!" Tell your hubby thanks for sticking by you, and God bless you Heather from my wife and I!
if i ever have to take this route i hope i look HALF as good as you with a shaved head. 😍😍
74 years old and I have never been as beautiful as you are right now without the wig. Your courage is remarkable. YOU are GORGEOUS!
Girl, you are beautiful…hair or no hair!! 🥰 Thanks for being vulnerable and sharing your story! ❤️ God bless you!
I really dig it Heather!!! You look like a warrior woman!!! So proud of you and how strong you are!!!
Your hair doesn’t change that beautiful face & heart. ❤️ (can’t tell you’re wearing a wig!)
OMG! I’m so glad you shared , I’ve had times in my life where I would go through similar situations and it was always linked to hormones , mostly thyroid , and now at 53 it’s menopause, but for women you fight those fine lines that turn to creases and about 7 years ago , I stopped coloring my hair and embraced my beautiful gray , but when you lose it , it’s the most devastating, it always took me about a year to regain some fullness , but never completely and I have baby fine hair , so now I’ve decided to wear it short which I thought I would never do , but my hubby said it makes me look youthful , Thank the Lord for loving husbands , your bravery is so inspiring to so many women who are probably going through this too
God Bless you beautiful lady
