Definitely want the shami kabab recipe, please. I’m originally from Mumbai, India and grew up in a Muslim neighborhood. My memories of growing up are filled with love from several Muslim neighbors and their extremely delicious home cooked food. The love received from them was no less than the love received at home. Their food makes me miss living where I lived as a child. Muslim food, particularly non vegetarian food, is the absolute best in the entire world. And when made at home with love it surpasses all.
