never. I've driven that stretch of highway next to it a million times in every type of weather and it's always scary and IMHO ugly. It's not really "santa barbara" either it's more like North Ventura spit spit spit

How does all the rain effect the water quality, ie: sewage ,runoff etc..?

Sunburst strat, Just a little boost in E.coliform bacteria, Pesticides, Herbacides, Petro Chemicals, and Bio medical waste, but the muddy water hides it for the most part so you don’t really see it much. A little wax in your nose and ears and keep your mouth closed and you’ll probably only get sick for a few days. As long as the brain eating amoeba doesn’t get ya you're good.

I thought Rincon would have been bigger on this swell. Leadbetter beach was all time

i think at Rincon what you get is wider not higher but who knows i wouldn't surf there its too murky
