Surefire, could you please make a dedicated video about your new next generation 320 lumen x models? I am very interested, and am thinking about purchasing one, as I'm sure many others are as well, however I know so very little about the performance improvements on these new models. Is it a different led? If so, is the throw affected? Battery power affected? Specific name for the new models? Could you please provide more info, and maybe a video? Thanks for reading.
@abdulqudz89 I've been wondering the same thing. I don't see it on SureFire's website yet. I've been wanting to get it so I can gift it to a friend of mine. They need to hurry.
I bought a 6PX and it's slippery as hell......Surefire needs to put some knurling on their lights!!! everyone complains about how slippery they are. I had to wrap mine with a bicycle inner tube. some people wrap O rings around the grip and others use hockey tape or skateboard tape.....you shouldn't have to modify the flashlight to get it to be user friendly. I have no idea why Surefire decided to stop knurling their flashlights. I think they have a new designer who wanted to change the look of all their products
(1) I would argue the build quality is superior; and (2) lights made in China will ultimately support a communist regime, abuse of workers, etc. 200 lumens is very potent (plus, SureFire tends to underrate themselves, hence a common term, "SureFire Lumens"). Sure, 500+ lumens (SureFire Fury!) is nice, but it's not always necessary. Especially not considering the above.
I am so glad that you used textured reflectors on these new lights and not TIR...
Very nice!
@samtaekwondo123 good news. the 6px defender is up on their website. the price for it is $125.
@G8RHE15MAN No plans for that right now. Our E2D LED Defender has two output levels, maybe that could be the light you're looking for...
I just got the 6px defender 320 lm. Very nice light. Walmart.
Intense man !!!!!!!!!!!

The 6PX has a relatively wide but far-reaching beam...and now 320 lumens of output.
I'm a firefighter can I use these flashlight for my helmet and go into a hot burning building with them
