Literally healed myself from being bedridden with about 10yrs left or less in this world to today walking again and independent. Just starting to dive into my own Natal chart. With Chiron Rx in my 7th House, I've been on a non stop self development quest since I was a child. You're right, it is absolutely exhausting! (especially with some other alignments in my chart). As I'm getting older I'm definitely able to navigate it better and feel like soon I'll have alchemised a lot of things that were holding me back. I'm also very spiritual and outwardly expansive, so it makes for a very interesting mix. But also very intense, very internal and definitely not enough hours in the day :-)

How do you know if your Chiron is in retrograde

Find where Chiron is in your natal chart and if there is a small Rx listed at the edge, then it was retrograde at your birth time.
