The builder who did the kitchen floor tiles is not the same one who did the bathroom tile work. Kitchen floor tiles are awesome and well done. Bathrooms are trash. In the main bedroom for example the shower drain sticks above the finished floor... a fall hazard in a house already put up for sale. Video quality is amazing.

@@meeshiemaya I can understand tour guides being polite when they see deficiencies and not call these out or critique a poorly done job for fear of being singled out and or not being given future tour assignments but I know Kenyan developers can do better than attach numbers to a pile of rock and concrete in attempt to make quick buck. Shoddily done craftmanship should be called out and discouraged. I know Kenya authorities don't do home inspections before listings are done. If they did, these deficiencies would not be present in a home listing for sale.
