Hi Cheng. Nice to see your new update. I think Cheng you can search on Google what food to avoid for hypothyroidism. You may need to reduce your gluten, fried foods, processed foods, cabbage, soy, kale, bok choy, Brussels sprouts, and some other foods intake.
sorry to hear you are down but as one having thyroid disease i think i know what you mean. i've heard that eating less sugar can help and i did try lower carb and i do think i felt more energy without fruits and sugary drinks or snacking. more eggs, protein to help repair. you still have a chance to heal your thyroid to normal function. after a bit on the medication you can't really. i've had hypothyroid about 25 years. i hope you can try to get some help with changing your diet to see if you can heal the thyroid. not only does it make you tired, but it messes with your moods and thinking too. best to you to finding relief.
