He is not losing weight for the looks, his health got to a point were his life was in danger and he was told to lose weight as one of the actions to get better.

Being a fan of Super Junior since 2010, I am so happy for Shindong and his progress. I was so amazed by his moves even with his not-so-fit body back then. I was like, "how can he move so greatly?" His voice is great too. My cousin admires him too.
