I was a student of POD workshop. Got all the setup that was suggested and products. My Ad account got suspended in just 10-15 days of running ads 3months back and till date even after the review request i couldn't get the reason of account suspension. Followed the guidelines as well. Any suggestions on what can I do now?
Yup, use someone else’s ad account. Warm it up for 5-6 days by running page like campaigns. Then start conversion campaigns.

Outstanding knowledge. But the issue is about 99.99% poeple just watch the video. Few of them think to start actually. More few of them try to visit websites and tools are shown in the video. I do want to start for serious. Like real serious. But everything isn't free basically. I know it'll take investments to start this. But i have really no idea how muhc investment is needed to start it. Like how the campaigns would be runnig. i can't do all the things single handly. I really do need a phone call conversations or virtual meet who can tell me about actual things. I am interested. Because in POD competetion is very high. Then how would i survive in the begining days. I'd be completely mad, frustrated and a bit of depressed and will discontinue it. So if you're reading this please reply on this commment. I really wanna talk about it. I am serious

Can't do anything about it. Focussing on Average order value and lifetime customer value is what we have control over.
We also use Chinese vendors to reduce the fulfilment cost by $3 per piece.

It is not necessary to setup company in US but if you do so it helps in increasing your margins

What was you profit margin? I guess it would be around 20% so you made 7 crore profit on revenue of 35 crore. See this is the downside of this buisness model, profit margins are really low.
Nice question. Lets go detailed:
Every business model has it's own positives and negatives.
I agree that businesses like agencies, consulting or coaching can have high margins upto 50-80%.
But then it comes at a price: time commitment, deadlines, calls, meetings etc.
Any eCommerce business usually has profit margins of 10-20% average. The good side is you can have freedom and scale the business without being limited by time, calls etc. Specially with POD, you can have a lean team and scale really high.
Think about this:
Lets say you're an agency owner. And you provide
FB ads services. And you run ads yourself.
To build a 50L/month agency business, you'll need multiple ads guys and account managers. I've got friends who run agencies, have 40% margins, but handle teams of 30 people.
Profits: 20L/mon
On the other hand, you can run a 1cr/month drop-shipping business, with just 2-3 virtual employees. Margins will be 20% lets say.
Profit: 20L/mon
Both businesses are great.
Depends on the price you're willing to pay.
Some people are okay handling teams.
Some people are okay going on calls and providing services.
Some people just want freedom.
