I know a reason, why Vagos' house from Burning Desire have some transparent walls and "rooftops?". It's because they're collapsed due to massive burnout, and for some reason, R* don't made a separate version of this house with normal geometry (without transparent places)
Maybe because the destructible walls are separate objects and only spawned by the mission script. I remember being in the normal version of that interior in SAMP though.
