For how many days i should listen to this , honestly i'm kinda tired of listening to subliminals as nothing as worked for me , i try my best to not give attention to 3d but i have shit breakdowns ,i feel quite lonely without my sp, someone pls advise me , i really need help , i feel like i can't take this anymore ,i'm also on anti depressants and going to therapy , its quite tough for me , i really need my sp , he was my only place of comfort
stop manifesting sp for a while until you reach a stable and healthy place. focus on your happiness outside of relationships. it makes you magnetic. we manifest better when we don't feel desperate for SP. he will come back naturally even without techniques if you genuinely get better.

@@lily-jc8vl choose an sp audio and use it every day 3 times a day. morning, noon and night. be consistent. say the affirmations along in your head. that’s all it takes. everything else that needs to happen will happen naturally. if you cannot do that, then you are too deep in lack and your urgency and breakdowns indicate desperation. if you find it hard to persist, be honest with yourself and address that first so it can be easier for you to persist everyday. ask yourself why do i need him this bad? and answer genuinely and without judgement. the answer will reveal what needs to be reframed. none of this has to take a long time. you can accomplish this in a day.
