I always hated offloading these. The English thread fittings were always missing. Those ladders are treacherous and the grating on top kills your knees. The only good thing is the heavy hose can lay across the truck.
Yeah I messed up one British fitting once. Over tightened the fitting and stripped the fitting had to take the ISO somewhere to get fixed. Everything else you mentioned I agree with it’s a pain
Depends on the product, how thick or fluid it is. It also depends on the method offloading either with air or pump. Either way on average solvents with a pump will be a hour and a half. Oils and resins usually 2 hours using air to offload
No unfortunately we don’t. Some ISO containers have a railing that you can pop up, or sometimes there are facilities that a safety rack that protects you from a fall. Most places don’t have that fall protection though. It’s scary up there definitely
been thinking of making my own ISO tank from scratch these people are making hella money if ur owner operator take home is like 4gs 5gs depending were ur taking it
No, ISO is what they call these tanker containers. The product was some hot product I can remember the name. Alcohol is flammable wouldn’t be able to air that off.
Sin miedo! Looks interested!
Good job brother!
Thank you buddy

How long do you need to unloading all of the liquid from the ISO?

Do you wear a safety harness when climbing on top?
