This could not be released at a better time for me 😭 I’m in the middle of the biggest fight with the person I’ve been seeing. I’m tired of making myself smaller so there’s less friction. Between AuDHD and physical disability, it’s hard NOT to feel burdensome or inconvenient. You and your channel always show up for me :’) love you

I know this is made for ADHD Women but I’m an Autistic Man and I listen to this every morning. My self esteem is pretty low, probably because I’ve spent most of my life pretending to be neurotypical to fit in, and this is helping offset that. Thanks for making it. :)

I decided to say these out loud and it brought up so many emotions. My voice was shaking, I didn’t have confidence in what I was saying. I’ve lived so much of my life striving for perfection and seeking approval. Not giving myself permission to be me, not taking time for what I need, not really even knowing what I need at all. I will be revisiting this video again and again and I hope that soon, I can shout these affirmations to the sky knowing they’re true!

For me it’s less about being “worthy,” and more about being able to take care of myself, and not consistently fail the things my future relies on to be stable. I can’t exactly just get a brain transplant. I was born with this, I’m stuck with this. I just need to figure out how to make it work.

(( *probably don’t do while driving* )) Hi I love your content, I have adhd and I’ve been doing guided meditations and affirmations through the app insight timer since 2016 - generally at the start of these meditations or affirmations, they specifically say to NOT do them while driving or doing any task that requires your full attention for safety. It’s an important caveat in all guided meditations IMO, but especially with how soothing of a voice you have!❤️ keep up the good work

As an autistic guy on the tail end of a year fighting two decades of depression; this was the first set of affirmations that I stopped arguing with.
I would actually like to see another if you're up for the suggestion; how about some affirmations for autistic people getting ready for bed as a mirror to this video. Something like encouraging us to clear our heads and get a good nights sleep; even if that means sleeping upside down or curled in a ball. Or maybe not quite bedtime; you could reassure us that its healthy to unmask & stim after getting home from a long day at school or work.
Its just an idea if you want it; thanks for this video!

Thank you so much, yesterday I started off productive and energized but the moment I was no longer home alone everything around me was overstimulating and my piece was constantly interrupted so despite how my day started it did not end well so I did not sleep well and I woke up today not OK at all and because it took me until around 2:30 PM to eat then I couldn't take my medications so I just desperately needed to feel like a human being not a corpse and I appreciate this more than any of my most eloquent and poetic words could ever express 🥺🥺🥺🥺❤️❤️❤️❤️

Side note for those who are curious as I am about such things: I have ADHD (inattentive type), GAD and PCOS (causes many symptoms, including its most awful one for me, chronic pain), so I'm on Vyvanse for ADHD and fluoxetine for GAD but I have no prescribed pain meds for my chronic pain (ibuprofen does f*** all about it, sadly, even the extra strength kind), however I'm on birth control patches to at least regulate my body's hormones. The reason I can't take my meds past a certain time is that Vyvanse is a stimulant and I already have insomnia so I really can't interrupt my sleep even more and I get a lot of the worst symptoms of Vyvanse and fluoxetine if I take one without the other so on days that I can't take my Vyvanse I also can't take my fluoxetine. And I don't have help in my home from my mother so I'm constantly berated for not doing chores when I don't even eat enough and I have to prioritize taking care of myself over cleaning up the house.

Just like so many others on here, I too have been struggling. Diagnosed at 31 (just this year), beginning trauma work for ptsd...this time of year definitely is tough.
I'll be honest, I cried throughput your video, but I did the breathing and I recited the affirmations. Hopefully, the most I do this, the more the words will have impact and I'll cry less.
Thank you for this, for all that your do. Being an adhd introvert can be isolating. You've created a beautiful community here. Thank you❤

I went into this so open minded, looking forward to starting my day on a bright note. It has done that yes (thank you Hayley) but it also brought up so many emotions. I couldn’t stop crying after I said a few specific affirmations. I think I still have a lot of healing to do in therapy but this has helped me take a further step down that road. Thank you ❤️

This came into my life mere days before I was offered a better employment opportunity. I am still in the same building, and I will experience a small cut in pay, but it will be less stress on my health, and I will have the opportunity to learn skills that will give me the chance to move from school setting to central office eventually, going from a ten month to 12 month employee and making quite a bit more money down the line.

At the beginning of this video i visualized the light in my chest as very bright and white, a little harsh, almost a little spiky. At the end of the video, feeling how my energy had shifted. I saw this soft, light orb, orange like a sunset, safe in a little cocoon, emitting a cozy-like peacful feeling.
I don't have ADHD(diagnosed anyway). But this affirmations video has some of the most self-loving and compassioned affirmations i have ever heard. I have never felt so loved and heard from myself before. Thank you
