great video, question, what did you do with the 5V drl/position light? Replaced with angel eye or left it and iluminates well inside? or at the end of the video it seems that you put the position in the tall light? thank you
hi mr-fix nice mod looks a lot better than the standard mk2 lights,,,,,im about to start doing these projector lights one qst how did you go about the side light bulbs and holders being in the UK by law we have to have them fitted
+john covlad Oh! Since both beams (high and low) are now generated by the bi-xenon projector, old high beam bulb was remover and replaced with the side light (1:04). Previously I thought that you're talking about orange side bulbs like in Volvo lights. Sorry for that. :)
Nice job. This is what I want to do but my problem is the original glass with stripes ( fresnel lenses ). In your video I see that you have the glass clear in the front of the hid and with stripes in front of halogen bulb. From where did you tooked it or how you modified it?
Xenon lights need rear and/or front axle level sensor. How did you solve that?
I didn't. I just had those lights and no access to the actual vehicle.

+john covlad to be honest I didn't know that MK2 in UK had side lights. Can you provide a picture?

+SuperMadcox sanding paper (from P100 to P2500) and polisher. Lots of work to keep neutral optic parameters.
