Can it take sd card? Can u adjust the WB and how many fps u can adjust with this cam?
It does not take an SD Card, but it can take a Sony Pro Duo memory stick. You CAN set the white balance, but framerate is stuck at 60i, if I understand correctly.
You can buy an adapter that fits 2 micro SD cards in it
why would you upload in 720p? sorry if this is mean
Ah, because this video in particular was recorded on my camera that can only go up to 720, as I was showing and reviewing my camera that records in 1080.
Good in 2019 to vlogs on 1080p?
It's the one that I still use for my Lets Plays whenever I Facecam, and shoot my movie reviews, so I'd say yes, but be aware that if the video runs over 22 minutes long, it'll split into 2 files with about 1 second of audio missing. There's a software you can install to prevent this, though.

how do i fix if my screen is black but turns on i need my footage from it
Apart from getting the screen replaced, I can't offer much advice. I accidentally broke the display on the screen on mine, but the touch sensor still worked. If your viewfinder works, use that to navigate the menus, and use the touch screen to pull up each new menu and connect it to your computer. Aside from that, I can't think of much advice.
