The new starlight mayhem update is looking better than ever! CJ’s new vocals rock and Ruby’s voice actor was perfect! Artificial Lust is now great due to CJ and Ruby both becoming hearable. They also put GF’s vocals (maybe added in the release but whatever). The ending was unexpected and the actors were awesome! The art was fantastic and the sprites were smooth! This is one of my favorite improvement from a mod. On Command rocks! And thanks to the developers for creating this one awesome mod! 🎸🥁🎹

This is a great mod although my only complaint is cj’s voice doesn’t really fit him tbh But you can always change his voice in the settings so it’s not really a problem Can’t wait for week 2 lol (Also petition for vade to get her own mod)
i understand a lot of people prefer the old voice, but cj's new voice is a perfect contrast to ruby's higher pitch, and doesn't overshadow it also the vocals arent just saying "DOH" 10/10 love this mod

The new vocals are a lot blander, and stand out a lot less. Inverted Ascension and Artificial Lust have honestly been brought down a fair bit by the new vocals.
People had issues hearing Ruby in Artificial with the old vocals, somehow. I personally didn't. It was faint for me but it was hearable. I do also personally prefer the old vocals but, as far as others have said, you can edit the vocals to the old vocals. But Idk for sure.

i`m glad that there is a reboot for this now, since i didnt play the original one, because i had problems changing the controls, but with this one there is no problem doing so.
Something about the first Echoes had a uniquely unsure aspect to it in the weird key that Ruby was singing in. I honestly liked the first version better than this one. However, this version tonally made sense with some slight harmonic slips to show she’s working on writing, but great at singing. Overall, with the reboot it shows some unspoken character development. A great duet mod and certainly the greatest! I can’t wait to see the next week! Also Chris’s “yeahokaywhateveryousay” was a Thot Denied moment and you can’t tell me otherwise
The mod itself is awesome, songs are amazing and the addition of vocals in cutscenes is great too, but the new voices for CJ and Ruby are a lot more lacklustre compared to the old vocals. As I saw someone else say, he old vocals were full of life and went really well with the song and made the characters sound full of life, the new ones are just a bit more dull. NOT HATING ON THE MOD ITS STILL A GOOD MOD, I just think the old vocals for the songs were 100% better as they made the characters sound lively. Ruby’s new vocals are still pretty good, it’s just CJ’s that blows. NOT HATING ON THE MOD
