    The worst bit was the food, hmm didn't look appetising. For the professional touch in the video you should have caught some trout by using the traditional art of guddling and then baked them on hot stones, maybe incorporating aromatic herbs available to you on the hill to lightly flavour them, with a few crowberries to add a touch of colour. A splash of white wine cooled in the burn would also have been a nice touch, try better the next time.

    I ken fit ye mean. oor scenery is grand in Scotland . But ye need the weather/conditions for it. I concur though the wither can be sh%te. Good short video again & ace music.
