Disease is something which has a proven cure what you are referring doesn't have one, does it? And Certain people who are not effaminate don't express their orientation and other people can't tell whether he is or not that's why some people tell about their orientation at a later age (and people around that person gets surprise) when it gets uncomfortable emotionally. Eg. You are a guest in a formal set up you are hungry but can't show it you may not say it, but it can't be suppressed forever that is when some people say it out and others take their own L.yfe.
