In another clip I saw Mr Shen shielding the scheming, destructive and unethical Ms Yu but he was so quick to sacrifice and not support the honest and hardworking Ms Xu. He has no backbone. And I hated the way Ms Xu was speaking for Mr Shen even after he behaved like a coward ....also she very casually belittled herself...
Because he doesn't do what is right and fair and has absolutely NO integrity, that is why his company is a total mess. How in the heck did his company even grow to the size it is with how he handles his employees?!?!
Debería reemplazar a todos los ejecutivos medios y ponerse los pantalones de niño grande y decirle a su mamá que saque a su representante de la empresa o por lo mínimo la llame a capítulo, con la condición de que si hace otra,está fuera, por muy amiga de la familia que fuera. Que después que le quiebre la empresa los perjudicados son ellos, y ella, bien gracias ...que lastima lo que le pasó a tu empresa verdad? O lo trata con el respeto de un adulto y respeta que el es el presidente de la empresa o se la devuelve y contrata a alguien más porque parece que no confía en que el puede dirigirla . No puede soportar que lo desautoricen a casa rato y a sus espaldas hagan maniobras para sabotear a la nueva gerente solo porque no les agrada sin importarles lo más mínimo el daño que le hace a la empresa. O lo respetan o lo respetan, no hay medias tintas.
Seriously how the Manager Yu last through half the show sabotaging everything. CEO is a putz. He knows she is up to no good and doesn't shut her down. So she just gets worse. I don't care a friend or not your so called friend acts like that you need to tell them some truths. The FL at end of clip stupid. See him more as a man.....what the heck!
