Thank you for making and for sharing the video.
Not much beats actual racing action...but I like
and appreciate simple training footage like what
    is shown in the video.
There can be interesting details to view and to learn about.
I can not believe how fast you are out of the gate and down
the first straight...as well as how fast and smooth you
can be going around the track.
    Blistering speed.
But of course...that is why you are such a highly ranked
    world class racer.
All of those years of riding, learning, training and dedication
to the sport paying off in so many ways.
Please keep up all of your many efforts.
You really are something/someone special and you are amazing
    to watch ride and race.
Please know that all of your time abd efforts are always
    greatly appreciated.
Best of luck with everything going forward.
I am sure that you will be keeping things fast and smooth..just
    as always.
    Damn fast.
    Just damn!

    Just wondering.
Do you practice and focus on any types of special breathing techniques for when you are
training and for use during actual races?
I was trying to gauge your breathing pattern(s)
during some of your training runs shown
    in the POV shots.
Do you ever pick spots on the track to breathe? ... or maybe certain motions on
the bike as times to take in or to release air?
