Moldova Lewis Cup Final 2023

Back retain the Moldova Lewis Cup after a high octane ending to this years final when they slammed home 4 goals in around 6 minutes right at the death.
Up to then they led 2-1 and the cup was up for grabs but in a flash sub Seamus Murray was brought down by keeper Reece Montgomery who was then sent off. Adam Macdonald came on and saved the penalty from Back keeper Peel. He then pulled off another couple of fine saves to keep West in the game but then Joel Martin ran 80 yards to score a peach of a goal and kill the game off.
West Side went onthe attack to get themselves back inthe game but it backfired as Back rattled in another 3 goals in handful of minutes.
