I transfered my profile from a friends Account to a new one and set it up as a main account. Now i want to transfer the profil from my parents which is also on my friends account to my main Account as a additional member. Can you help me or is it not possible this way?

Still dont have a tab to add members yet. Maybe after the billing cycle ends?

I don't have that option at all. For me, there is no link to add an "extra member" (i.e one who lives in a different household) . I only have the option to add another one to my household, which I had to delete since we don't live in the same house (not same I.P), and I was sharing it w/ my brother. This video is inaccurate and incomplete.
I dont need an extra member I want to remove member who automatically added by Netflix but it seems that there is no way ro remove other members when you added then before
how many people can you have without paying extra its just suppose to be me and my mom on the accounts so i can have 2 on the standard plan without paying extra also how do you have 4 before adding another to pay extra?

The new terms of service require one subscription per household or adding an extra member for every different household. Also it's mainly one profile per device.

Honestly instead of doing this and pissing off there customers, they should of made it that any outside households that are watching from your profile would be stuck watching ads. That would probably have less backlash and they could of gotten ad revenue.

You can choose an existing profile or create a new one. No, only one profile per new account.

They don't need a password. You add a user like in the video and ask them to open the email from Netflix and follow the steps.

You'll need a browser. This can't be done on a tv
If you want to use Netflix on a smart tv , you don't even need extra member subscription, just activate the tv with the tv code

It’s cheaper for one person to just get their own account. In the US it cost $ 6.99 to create a single account. If you add a person it’s $8.🤔

I don't think Netflix adds members. People who create accounts add members. You can log in to a desktop computer and remove a member.

I'm not sure what's happening there. Could be your plan or region. Just give them a new profile. You'll be charged either way.

The two cheapest plans (ad-supported and Basic) don't allow you to purchase an Extra Member slot. Could this be the problem?
