After many years of establishing a career in many big cities without success, the young man decided to return to his hometown to repair and clean up the old wooden house. He does everything himself to make the house better, making the kitchen floor, building the wall, fixing the kitchen..

That was a major undertaking for one man! I was glad when help occasionally was there.
He is a very determined young man. He is also a good man. You can tell by how much his little dog loves him. No matter where he goes the puppy is right at his heels. Mans best friend :)

I dont care if we never see the final outcome, just watching the passion and vision of this young man is enjoyable. it is sooooo satisfying to see a restoration using the available reused stone and wood from the original buildings. He is creating his dream with his choices. Well done

Wow! This restoration needs a lot of hard work! Being alone to do that is so difficult! Cool to reuse a part of the old stuff... It avoids to have to get rid with, it spares money, and it's a very good way to stay in the style of the old house! It improved a lot!

I'm from New Zealand, love watching WU VLOG, such talented builders and the passion each person has to build, however, don't see the end result of every build and it is not translated to English. Please would love to see the whole outcome of the whole build and their or people's hard work. so luv the video's

Please use the word 'restoring' instead of renovation to maintain original character and design.Renovation allows intervention and new materials.

I am addicted to watching these kind of videos, but am easily bored and frustrated when there is no English sub titles or a finished house where we can see before and after.

There was a cellar inside a stone outhouse..
He could have placed the septic tank there and ran plumbing from the house, instead he tears down the stone walls and fills in the cellar with them!!😳
Like why would you do that,now he has to dig a hole to place the septic tank!!🙄
Meanwhile,the house is in shambles and needs tons of work but he'd rather dig dirt and build retaining walls....
everybody gets a puppy, and I don't know how this comes about, is this some type of Chinese tv show, and they add a puppy as an extra obstacle whilst they struggle through the work, I can say, most, and I do mean most do not need a puppy were they are working at, injury, and or death, probably has happened, and is that fair to a helpless, hapless, sentient being

Dog is to protect owners from unwanted visitors and for companionship.
Seems like a new trend adding a puppy in their videos. Most of time they don't even care or love the puppy's.
