His weight did fluctuate during the season. But the added weight was not good weight - he was already relatively unathletic, but was even less mobile when he was closer to 320. He was a backup DT, behind both Newton and Randolph Jr.
Could put him at nose with the added weight, looks effective at the spot, Pros: maintains the gap, doesn't get pushed back much ,moves along with the flow of the play ,can penetrate the backfield, keeps his feet..Cons: doesn't have a passrush move list, doesn't push the pile, isn't as good at the line against double teams getting shoved back on chip blocks sometimes, overall he looks strong enough to make plays on the inside, good one coach
No matter where you put this guy the one thing I look for for everybody doing analysis does he make a push from this college tape that means his strength is low and he's going to get his ass kicked.. does he demand a double team in college if not he's a project player
@@waynehawkins7825Denzel has always been doubled in college and in high school, made first team multiple times at Illinois, and in his first year shine although playing along side Johnny Newton who has been apart of the program longer. Cowboys see something in him, he’s coachable and gets better every time. He is what this team needs
Something I'm curious about. Mike Zimmer's double a gap scheme has the LBs line up in the A gap is that going to be our base defense? How often will we use the big body NT in A gap? What is the actual d line going look like?
That's why Zimm is here. He said that the scheme is going to be more gap control focused so guys aren't freelancing and doing crazy stunts all the time creating huge holes. It can only get better
I would be shocked any of these DT we have will make a major impact on stopping the run. We are going to need to spend a a high draft pick next draft to really get a cat we can pencil in as our starting DT for several years
@@missionarymarcc849 Bohannah yeah, but I don’t think Hank is that big of a loss even though I liked him. Run stuffing noses are almost always late round picks. If we missed with Mazi in the first round, we don’t deserve to win lol
thanks for putting out info on these UDFA players!

Voch Brodie.. Carl Davis is starting week 1 😂😂😂 just playing
Spent over five minutes finding different ways to say “Denzel about 305.”
Waste of time
And there was not one single play in that film where I would ever want this guy on my team
Actually on the plays You showing Most of the time He's doing His job better than the other Tackles
I wonder why he went undrafted?? The NFL miss a lot on guys
Very unathletic - poor RAS scores.

Well use 2 1techs on the line. Eat up space
Is there any other tape other than against Iowa? Iowa offense was horrible
The cowboys are so weak at dt stopping the run is gonna be a huge problem
i feel like atp we should just trade for a big body instead of throwing one of these young in the fire😭

@@chasedyer5950 even without stunting we got gashed a lot of the times, i wish we kept bohannah and big hank, so this wouldn't be a glaring issue

They actually need another 3 tech. What if Osa gets injured? Gotta have depth. Mazi and Rogers can hold down the 1 tech spot.
He did his job linebackers was free and he didn’t get pushed back or 🥞 in this film
He is listed at 6'2 320lbs on nearly all the sites
If we can get some elite double team eating big boy play, Osa gonna eat
The Cowboys should make there whole team with undrafted free agents don't sign anyone to a big contract let other team over pay them 😂
I stayed when voch said twice
He looks slow, weak, small, and timid.... Camp body.... 🥴
He’d eat you for lunch
He’d destroy you
@@dondadda9409 true. And probably you as well... But I'm not an NFL offensive lineman, and I bet you aren't either...
