Huge respect to your talent, you are Master. Thank you 😊
You are one of the most amazing people I've ever seen thank you for doing what you do
Thank you! Surely you are a very good person for what you have transmitted to me, thanks again
Foam undersuit?? That is a huge dedication! Great work!
Thanks Kaan
Ohhhh, so this who the Emperor hired to make Vader’s suit!
Amazing great work keep it up
Thank you!!
Absolutely incredible skills thank you for making this video
Thank you!!
Brilliant work!
Thanks!!
How flexible is that suit. To me foam seems really restrictive. Either way, amazing work.
Hi Zangh, It is very flexible, light and comfortable, maybe it generates some heat on hot days, but otherwise it is very comfortable. It is very similar to a wetsuit for water sports, as long as you use the 3mm thick Eva foam to make it and seal it well to make it resistant. Thanks for asking. Cristian
@@StormtroopTemplates alrighty good to know. Because I plan on building my own Darth Vader replica suit for shooting fan films with and I needed one that I'd be able to do extensive dueling in without being restrictive or the foam ripping because I don't have the funds to get one of the expensive leather bodysuits or make one. So all in all this is a big help. Thank you for clarifying.
And originally I wasn't sure to use foam for the helmet and armor for a while because I didn't know if it could get as glossy as plastic or fiberglass, but after I saw your videos I've decided to go with the foam way since I saw how glossy you were able to get the armor and helmet. Once again, amazing work and may the force be with you.
@@zanghproductions2559 The foam can be painted white with Plastidip, and with glossy Plastidip, it's a plastic paint, but you can use other options, you can see the videos (not mine):

You can even make the foam hard as the original armor like the third video.
Thanks for asking and tell me if you need help.

@@StormtroopTemplates thank you. And will do. I may alter the design a bit for some parts like making the helmet more based on revenge of the sith and the gloves more based on rogue one/a new hope
Your Vader suit looks epic!
Thanks!!
Realy nice work...
Thank you!!
Hi Cristian! The measure of 75cm of the inner robe is the measure 'shoulder-center of the cest' moltiplicated for two?
Hi Giulio,
Check the instructions on the templates. Contact me via Etsy messenger, so I can help you with images and more data.
Also you can check what I did in the video for inner robe.
They are 2 rectangles of 75cm x 1.5m, each one for each side.
Cristian
Great job… The only thing that has ever stopped me from building a Darth Vader suit is that the flight suits available for sale all look incredibly hot and uncomfortable, I think this could be customizable even if it’s not screen accurate to open it up a bit more for ventilation, your version is great, is it hot to wear the EVA foam? I’m mostly thinking about indoors at conventions or for charity work. Thank you
Thank you, yes it's a little hot if you make the clothes with thin Foam
Hello there! What sizes of Foam are you using for the build?
Hi, For this template, the basic things you will need are:
· 4 square meters (1m = 39.37 inches) of 6mm/8mm foam (8mm recommended)
· Small area of 2mm/5mm foam (4mm recommended)
· 4 square meters of synthetic leather or 4 square meters 3mm foam instead of the leather for bodysuit
· 3m x 4m (12 square meters) of black fabric for cape and inner robe
· Small area of red and green acrylic or transparent sheets for chest box and belt boxes lights
· Contact cement, hot glue gun (optional)
· Foam cutters, scissors (optional)
· Heat gun or powerful hair dryer instead
· Paper tape
· Velcro
Note: recommended foam density between 60 to 80 (30kg to 50kg in kg by m3) to get the same result.
Thanks for asking
Cristian
can you sell just the bodysuit templates?
Fucking awesome
PLEASE what kind of fabric you use for the cape??????
It is a cheap fabric that in my country is called tropical mechanic or tropical mecanico
Thanks!!!
cute.
Thanks
what kind of glue and paint do u use?
Hi, the foam can be painted with Plastidip, it's a plastic paint, but you can use other options, you can see the videos (not mine):
ruclips.net/video/ROZlkW96hFI/видео.html
ruclips.net/video/ug6Rs06FEpk/видео.html,
I don't get Plastidip in my country so I use a plastic paint called "paste membrane". It is used to seal roof leaks. In replacement you can use PlastiDip which is even better.
plastidip.com/our-products/plasti-dip/
After that you can apply this excellent gloss paint called Liquitex Fluid Gloss:

I use a contact cement from my country, you cannot get it in yours. So I suggest use Weldwood Contact Cement - DAP or Barge but I have never used them, so I recommend that you try and choose the one that works best for you.Try to get one that is quite liquid and dries quickly.
