Just cut up potatoes into fries and if you want something crispier; soak them in sugary starch water, no mashing required, EZ, just like in the restaurants. If you're able to get a bigger pot with more oil you can do bigger batches, its just a bigger pain in the butt to handle, which is why I prefer to do frying outside or with a professional kit. Also, dumping ketchup on fries like that is a sin, dip it in ketchup, easier with less mess.

I used to be a fry cook. If you will get one of those pots made for frying so you can get the grease hot enough so you're food will not absorb so much grease, your food will be so much better for you. Get your cholesterol checked please. Jes cause a person is skinny doesn't mean they are healthy.
