No, toproll is a very powerful technique, however in this match he basically used no strategy whatsoever, just setting up for a normal toproll, which caused him to fall into the trap that Kamil wants.
Hooking or pressing is done more efficiently the closer you can get your arm to your body. Have you tried getting your arm close to your body when you're almost 200 kilos obese? His arm/elbow is quite literally like 20-30 cm further away from him than what a normal person can bring their arm.
