Thank you for the recipe. Impressed that the walnuts didn't sink to the bottom and I love your ice cubes. I do suggest you add some instant coffee or espresso to the melted chocolate in the brownie base and maybe a hint of vanilla? If you are ever making authentic brownies... try wrapping them up and leaving in the refrigerator for 3 days before cutting into them for a more intense flavour. @@peaceharmony9581 You can. I assume your goal is to simply not purchase cake flour? Measure out the same amount in all purpose flour and remove two TBSP's of flour. Now add two TBSP'S if corn starch and you have cake flour. But remember that the ratio is 2 tbsp of corn starch per 1 cup of flour. I.e. if the recipe cala for 3 cups of cake flour you would replace 6 tbsp of flour with corn starch.
