I laughed at the irony of the Artificial intelligence translation of a “4 drip” (i.e. intravenous drip) in a story about someone translating from foreign languages! Plus, there is a huge difference between the words “feudal” and “futile”.
These stories come from foreign countries and in a different language. When interpreted into English by people not fluent in the language, mistakes are made. What is needed before airing is editing.

Never heard of a "4 drip" assume you mean "IV drip" - IV is the usual abbreviation of "Intravenous"
IV is the Roman numeral that represents the number 4.
