Great story, just like the others. It’s harder for me to see these days and that’s why I like the audio books but I generally buy a paper copy of the books I like. I’m proud to say I have all the books in the sagas of Lyssa and Rika so far. Thank you for sharing.
After listening to all the Rika and Lyssa stories with Laura, I am ruined. I can't listen to other books from the series on audible or wherever else without getting annoyed with the different narrator haha. Amazing work.
I really like the authors work. With all the re makes of the same old thing from Hollywood you would think they could see potential in Aeon 14. If you all liked the Crash arc there is more to come as I remember. One last thing, the narrator can read me to sleep any night, and has done so often.
I got the biggest kick out of the parrot and bird characters! I didn’t expect that twist on the AI story. It was a very pleasant surprise. Great series. I’ll be recommending these books to all my friends.

Did anyone else yell "That's Andy freakin Sikes!"? At the end of the book I could empathize with the guy. There are plenty of memories I wouldn't miss if they were gone.
Noo, not that last half hour! I started this one to soothe my heart after the ending of Lyssa's Flame, and now I'm leaking again. Sniff. I'm looking forward to the next recordings. The story is great, the narrator is great, and I love how you manage to write women that are, more than anything else, just people.
Plot hole with chimerez. She was completely destroyed, not just defeated by lyssa. Lyssa and alexander spoke about it in the last book, he wanted lyssa to take her place because she was dead. Unless alexander backed her up, her physical form was destroyed

All the Aeon books are connected to the same universe, if not time. Rika's timeline takes place in the 8900's . Yes 6 thousand years in the future! It's a different type of conflict but military scifi and all, but humans have spread around other stars. I'm on book 4, definitely good stuff.

I used to be that way! With several narrators! There's a few I can't listen to at all!

Sorry-not-sorry? ;) Aeon 14 is almost entirely conceived and created by women. Nothing is completed without a few women being involved in it.

36:15 it seems weird that Lt.Gen comes after Gen in the TSF, but Col comes after Lt Col.
He was a Brigadier general. Then Lt gen, next is full general.
Be My Little General. Brigadier, Major, Lieutenant, General is how it normally is done.
