    I found the "Payload" mechanic of this chapter interesting and kinda fun actually. It's not too bullshit and you can survive without destroying them. My primary concerns were the boss, the infinite revive casters and the big sword bois.

      W's crappy ass bombs were kinda funny
      Funny that on almost every single stage you're better off not bothering with them until you kill all the enemies

      Yeah thats not the case at all. Litterally half of the stages on this chapter force you to use the payload or you are in for a infinite stall lmao

      "until you kill all the enemies"
      it's easier to go into the infinite stall kill every other non slug enemy and then push the bomb once there's nothing else left.

      @@DrSilvergun Ohh that makes sense. My only issue with infinite stall (and this chapter in general) is that it makes Autos basically useless as tons of RNG gets involved. I once left a stage to farm and when i came back the enemy caster thingy was in range of the only tower i havent destroyed so my defenders kept killing it and it kept coming back.
      That was a fun 10 minutes of wasted time

    Cute detail I forgot to mention during the recording 6:18 -
    With mousse debuff boss 2 shots the tentacles, however his dot is so strong that the tenacle will die before it gets hit a 2nd time, thus wasting that health.
    Even with deepcolor S1 the tentacle still dies, but if I use perfumer S1 as well the tentacle just barely lives long enough to take a 2nd hit from the boss.
    If you were wondering if I accidentally used Perfumer S1 to try and heal a tentacle, no I Intentionally used Perfumer S1 to succesfully heal a tentacle :D

    Not sure I like this boss much.
    Phase 1 is basically a stage mechanic and phase 2 doesn't threaten your operators much so he's just a big stat stick
    tbh I like damazti a bit
    Threatns your defenders
    Threatens multiple melee tiles
    Threatens your rangeded ops
    Does global damage
    So many things you need to account for

    I love this chapter because it is not Damatzi, my DP is untouched and all AE stages are finished without me bringing a 6* operator (Chapter 12 triggered me to go berserk with 6* and each Damatzi meet wrath of AH squad)

    I ended up using puzzle and Kiera’s drones to push the bombs I like the bombs can hit the boss too but the fact that he’s just a big hp tank is very annoying

    Very nice.
    And before Mousse or Pinecone modules too. I guess we will see if those do anything of note in the future, but I feel like it should be a while before HG gives them to us. There are only 15 subclasses without module currently (up to current CN content). Likely 1-2 more off the list for 5th anni too. So we should catch up sometime before 6th CN Anni.

      Don't forget that we already have a few more subclasses in the meantime.
      Chain medic, boomerang sniper, primal caster, virtuosa's, and the new (not) AoE guard. (did i miss something?)
      Also the possibility of the patch only contain the 2nd module set of a class.
      Its amazing that they've been holding module for surtr and silverash, for so long, lol.

    What lovable from this mechanic is that you can deploy the bombs as defender cause they agro enemies attack for just 5-10 dp

    Have to use 3 medic to heal Matterhorn and circle the skill accordingly. It quite fun pushing the cart though, feels like playing tf2.

    Oh, maxed out Utage with module could tank those stunners. They just one-shot mine lmao.
    And I'm eating every word I said about boss not tankable for extended period of time on low-rarity. That Mousse split box was pretty critical.

      outhealing is a bit e2 gated for 4*

      @@DrSilvergun He does out damage my Perfumer slightly with mod1 on phase 1 so it was a non-starter in any case. As long as Mousse got her debuff to stick, E2 Gummy could tank him on phase 2. Otherwise, he will triple hit and I have a dead Gummy.
      I was betting on Ifrit S3 and Arene S2 to clear the blood spawns every time he channels so that Mousse could stick that debuff on him but to no avail without the split box.
      Alas, since I ran without op limit, it only took 3 bombs to burst him down (Utage chops a third of his HP by herself on deploy). I think it would be 2 if I set up for full burst with Ethan cope RnG instead of leaving Click top lane to push bombs.

    That feeling, when you have been desperately trying to find a guide, that doesn't require either Mlynar, Ling or some other rare 6-star operators to work... Apparently I should have been searching for 4-star only version instead.
    I was thinking of using this as base of my squad, but add / replace opetator depending on my own roster availability. Sadly most of my 4-stars are stuck at E1LVL60, so I'm really worried about that bottom lane as Mousse's role is somewhat specific.

    The sanguinarch is such a bullet sponge i actually need two Caster and Surtr to kill him and it still took a lot of time

      What i fucking hate is that you're "supposed" to use the bombs to make him more vulnerable. But not only does he destroy the bomb spawner each time he's hit (limiting you to 3 attacks), he's also only vulnerable for about 5 SECONDS!!!
      Manfred and Mandragora were SOOO much more forgiving. Heck Mandragora practically dies to the pillars on their own!

      he limits you to 6 attacks not 3.
      You can spawn a bomb after the first one hits

      1) each bomb makes him vulnerable for 15 seconds not 5
      2) after the first bomb hits him you have time to summon another bomb before he destroys the spawner

    I love the chapter progression in this game
    Chapter 9 was cancer because of boss mechanic
    Chapter 10 was easy
    Chapter 11 was easy (except H stages)
    Chapter 12 was the single worst shit ever made on the history of this game that almost made me bawl my eyes out
    Chapter 13 is easy

      Personally, I think the Ch. 12 stages are not that hard except for H12-4.

      Only H stages matter when evaluating hardness as every other stage is a farming stage and now since amplified stages are also farming stages the challenges doesnt end up extremely drastic.
      I agree that the entire Ch12 isnt hard. No chapter is as they are just farming stages. But damn i have to say ch12 H stages were something else
