  • Upper Body strength for Seniors is essential to be able to improve your quality of life by controlling movements. My goal is to help seniors continue or get back to basic movemnts from getting out of bed, standing up from a chair, couch or any seating and progress to the ability to do most any physical activity you enjoy. .
    Resistance bands are a great way to improve flexiblity, joint and ligament elasticity, strength and mobility.
    This video is 1 of 3 chest, shoulder and bicep demonstrations. The other 2 are basically the same exercises , 1 with the traditional band without handles and the other is a longer loop band. These 3 styles offer different muscle activation challenges allowing the user to feel different targeted smaller muscles groups withing larger ones.
