But yeah this ascendancy is really insane numerically. @@jat1424 yoke isn't good, reduces the duration of your ailments by 30% which is rough for 50 shocks. you also already have 100% inc dmg taken, so adding more through yoke is low value.

I am actually suspicious on the shock node. It doesn't include text for shocks refreshing existing shocks duration so I think defiled forces or absolutely insane hit rates will be required to actually maintain those 50 shocks. Two rings and an annoint is crazy cheap for that amount of increased damage so maybe they put a cap on the Taming's increased damage. Though to be fair, this used to exist with original Emberwake which had 300 max ignites so by comparison 50 ain't even that bad lol. We'll see where this lands.
Melee strike skills that hit multiple times are ideal for this. Molten strike is the obvious one but even LS can hit 4 times with +1 strike skill and returning proj. But yeah even if you have to annoint defiled forces it's still very much worth it.

Ele hit of spectrum Warden is probably going to be a dominant meta, but I guess you can have easy and cool variations with Ice shot, Burning arrow and lightning arrow. Yoke of suffering is probably going to be super expensive this league. Mellee finally not being shit will probably open up a lot of new builds as well.
I know this is a "melee league" but how viable would TS ele conversion dmg build be with warden? Including changes to quality of weapons it should get some decent numbers, no?

Why not, theres a very high chance it gets nerfed, but we've had a similar interaction in the past with old emberwake (300 ignites) and that wasn't patched until emberwake was nerfed.

It is, you can archieve 130% more dmg with just Shock and Scorch, pretty nasty

Losing the MS from deadeye and +2 proj will make the build feel rather clunky, it'll be good once you actually have gear though.
