I don’t think anything could ever beat going to the LFRM!! First I look at the layouts, after which I do my model railway shopping!! And that’s everything in one place!!
19:25 I really enjoyed the Badgers Bottom layout, I ended up spending the last half hour of the show watching its husband and wife team operating and talking to them about building layouts etc. Of course, Copper Wort is a lovely to watch and spot details, plus I particularly liked Spilsby and Calstock's Halton Quay.
Lovely to meet you today, Tris - thanks for your words of encouragement and advice on the Petite Properties kits, I'm looking forward to giving them a go. You did a great job capturing the layouts at the show, I definitely missed a few of them. PS great t-shirt, good to see someone supporting Louise, she's awesome (and much too modest about it!)
Hi Tris, great to meet and talk during a busy day. Thanks for giving the Live Steam some footage time along with the other splendid layouts. One more day to go!! Reg Nick from OOLSC
Thought it was you I saw, wish I’d come over now and said hi, it was a good show and nice to see it busy, has been my 1st show of the year for a number of years now, waiting eagerly for model rail Scotland in a couple of weeks. Keep up the great work on the channel.
Some nice layouts you video, and it was great to see good support from the paying public young and old and also has model railway enthusiasts , with all this doom and gloom that the hobby is dead!! It's got me anticipating Ally Pally's show next month. I can't wait 😊 . All the best, John.
For me personally, this was a welcome change of atmosphere compared to past events ive been at, i was stuck to the live steam layout for most of the day :p
Thanks for that great video, Doncaster is defiantly on the list for next year. I'm a Belgian British train collector and try to go to a few shows a year. First one for this year will be London, never been there, looking forward to that. Nice you included a fragment of my friends of the OO gauge live steam club, good to see they attract a lot of attention. Anyway thanks for this nice overview👍
Very much enjoyed your video I live in Oregon so don’t get to many Model railway shows and really appreciate a good video such as this. Thank you and hope you get rid of what ever has affected your voice soon. Regards Shaun
Another great video. I was at the exhibition and thought I'd seen you but wasn't certain. I didn't want to come following after you incase it wasn't. I'm glad to hear you had a good day there, it was a nice exhibition. :)
You must have just missed the train issues at Sheffield. just as I got there they cancelled everything to Doncaster for hours. The show was good though and very busy!

Great stuff. Thanks for making a video of the show. I wish I was able to attend but it’s too much of a journey for one day sadly!
Thought I'd seen you there! Knew I should have said hello! Your channel is a great help to those beginning out in modelling

Hi Tris. May I ask what you use for recording the videos? Thanks Steve
I think you are getting good at videoing shows. It's not as easy as it looks.
I would never make it to any of those shows . . .
Did you see any other you tube people
I saw a couple of people with Cameras but don’t know if they were doing it for RUclips or just personal.
