You definitely talked me into seeing that movie John. I enjoyed most of the rocker movies. Now was Sammi Curr one of the early/popular metal artists. Not knocking him at all. But I cannot remember hearing about him. I did remember Mark Price from the TV show Family Ties with Michael J Fox. So cool that you grabbed all three covers. I have done it a few times myself with other formats/titles. As always. Excellent post Johnny~ Rob/Boston
Hey John what an absolute beautiful boxset and goes so well with the time of the year and your guitar cover from last week! I enjoyed the fun fact that TOAD from American Graffiti (which I love that movie) was the director of this movie…interesting! It was so you to get all three cover variations, I can only imagine the fun and enjoyment you’re going to have watching this in your theater room for years to come. Take care brother and keep in touch! ~ Jeff
I was 13 and this movie resonated with me. I was that heavy metal kid!! I LOVE THIS FILM!! I got cover A and did my unboxing. Such an amazing set!! The Doc was fantastic too!
@ I love how obscure it was until this release. I bought the dvd for $20. And the scan was horrible. Like someone burned it. lol happy to have this. Next they should do Fright Night part 2.
it was released on blu-ray just germany was the only country that had the rights to it. if you have a region free player it would play in the states. i have many german blu-rays that i imported.
Hei, bro John! 5 years ago I watched this movie for the first time ever and I have to say that it wasn't for me. Here's what I wrote about it back then: "Some people really really like this movie but I say it sucks! Sure it has Gene Simmons and Ozzy Osbourne but that's wasn't enough to save it or make it that much better. According to back cover (DVD) this film has music by White Snake, Twisted Sister, W.A.S.P. and Warrant. Guess what? It didn't! 🤔" Good to hear that you like it and enjoy watching it on 4K at your excellent hone theater! Jarkko/MyVinylBar

@@TakeScareMedia that’s awesome, I was 15 when this came out, and the theatre was screaming for me to come and see it! Been a favourite ever since
