I think this is the first time you were pleased with the grades and didn't mention cracking any out to send back in!! I think NGC might have paid you some hush money 😂
That was a nice variety of coins and it was nice to see you get better grades than you were expecting there. Unfortunately I can't say I know what's different about this video. I guess I get an F in class today...
@@TheCoinGeek to be honest didn't notice. I thought the coins were really nice. Believe many say "Don't buy the holder, buy the coin". To me,, I could see better yesterday. You know my opinion on grading companies, USE ONLY FOR VARIFICATION AND VATIETY. Their grading is inconsistent, shoddy, no explanation, over priced and at time fraudulent. Yes, I would like to see AI.
Nice work on the straight G Kennedy's. I've been buying a few in cameo ever since NGC start attributing. This is an Important Kennedy related to the more popular accented hair variety. Thoughts are that these have a similar mintage.
Ben - I'd love to hear your thoughts on Basel III on a slow coin day....Your opinion could be invaluable to a lot of people on the topic..if it's really going to happen....
I do not like to get into topics I don't know about. I will say that we have those discussions in shop because we have plenty of bullion buyers walking in the door.
@@TheCoinGeek I understand - I just think it would wind up effecting a lot as a lot of us are part time stackers/collectors at the same time with inflation/deflation/stagflation looming in the future
I bought that 1951. I don't think I'll send it off for conservation. The cloudiness isn't going to get worse, I assume? I wonder if they downgraded it because of that. I wouldn't expect them to offer the highest grade on something they can make more money on...
You didn't "complain" about the grades on a few - or most - of the coins (while I on the other hand was indeed complaining to myself while watching) because of the grades on some of those coins that DEF should have been HIGHER....? Side note: Which is exactly why I typically dont end up sending any coins in - just to get them back with inconsistencies depending on if the grader at breakfast that morning or not! :) sorry not sorry :) Anyhow, solid info & vid, THX BRO!
Was the difference that you didn’t give your input on the grading? Usually you’d say whether or not you agree with the grade, but this time it seems as though you just went through the coins without giving that input.
Usually, your videos show you speaking to us...as well as showing the coins...concentration on the coins gives you more time to discuss the many selections from the economy submissions....
i love these franklins!!!! i collect franklins in 65 fbl as a year/mint/proof and varieties the best i can find!!!!!!
I agree. Beautiful Franklins.
Like .....Very nice video... Love it and Franklin"s... Thank"s..
You have the best coin channel on youtube, thanks so much.
Grabbed that MS 64 RB cent. Looks better than 64 to me. I have been trying to fill the Mint State 1932 hole in my run for awhile. Thank you!
Awesome, and try to find a nice one certified! Thanks.
I do like the 52's pretty nice thx for sharing 👍 great video

Very nice 1930 wheat cent
Audio much clearer! New equipment? Thanks for the content always Top Shelf!👍
Good guess, but not it.
Thanks G! Fun video.
HI BEN. I THINK YOUR AUTOFOCUS WAS WORKING BETTER THAN PREVIOUS VIDEOS. *:-)* *TYU*
Thanks, that wasn't it! Good guess. and lol.
No coins came back cleaned...
And you didn't complain about any of the grades
The complaining is what I noted too
@@joeminieri You guys are onto me.
I always LIKE yours...the only ones on youtube I do it for besides "BacktoWarcraft" ;)
I've arrived....me and BacktoWarcraft!!!

Did you have thoughts on canyoncity_coin on ebay? Is that normal to be bringing out bank bags/fresh rolls legitly?

lol and yes, except not about the hush money lol
Very nice group of coins you got there, Ben 👍
The 1932 Lincoln (from any mint) is tough to find. I think they are all undervalued.
Agreed. A lot of stuff from that time period is hard to get in high grade.
That was a nice variety of coins and it was nice to see you get better grades than you were expecting there. Unfortunately I can't say I know what's different about this video. I guess I get an F in class today...

@@TheCoinGeek You're very generous.
Great video !
New camera provided clearer pictures prior to using loop. Really nice with loop.
Good guess , but not right.

This video was straight G !
Fun unboxing with some great cherry-picking info
Attributed The Engineer with discovering varieties to submit? Great info!
Thanks, not the answer though.
Great video, did you upgrade your camera?
Nope, good guess though.
Light and camera quality

Wow. Nice group. The haze on the '51 Franklin, is that PVC? Thanks😀
you showed the grade right away
Good guess, but not it.
"Some straight G stuff." love it. lol yeah i stayed till the end
Just curious. If that 32 with the thumb prints was brown where you couldn’t see those prints, think it would come back maybe a 65 or 66 brown?
Without the print it's a grade higher. IMO
next time i am in tucson i would love to see your shop....i enjoy your podcasts

I have a question.... If you pay more money for grading services, do you get a higher grade?
Was the difference that you didn’t give your input on the grading? Usually you’d say whether or not you agree with the grade, but this time it seems as though you just went through the coins without giving that input.

How long did you wait on economy service?
Been about 2 months.
