Loved this Christina! Would really love more videos like this and what other go to’s you have for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thanks so much and have a great weekend!
I’m on a similar journey at the moment, so I really appreciate you sharing! It can be so hard to get the recommended 30-40 grams of protein per meal and seeing how you’re doing it is so helpful!
Thanks for sharing a typical day! Can you do one for a whole week? And also share what kinds of foods you like to make when you have cravings (whether it’s salty, sweet, fatty, etc)? 😃
I love the idea of placing a tortilla on top of your omelette. Genius! I struggle with transferring my omelette to a wrap and have it fall apart. The salmon recipe looks delicious 🤤 Thank you! I will have to try it. Yes, to more what I eat in a day/week videos!
Re: bulk lemons, in particular, I juice them & pour them into ice cube trays. Once they're frozen, I transfer the cubes to a sealed container and store them in the freezer. Easy peasy.
Really loved your recipes! Drop some more gurllll 😉 love your channel and you’ve helped me lot to rethink my spending and to have loads of fun styling my own clothes. Been learning a lot 😘
Hello! I purchased the AG1 and i love it, the D3 drops to me taste awful, however since they are olive oil based..i put it in eggs, protein shakes, mashed sweet potatoes and many other recipes !! How do you take yours??
i'd recommend adding collagen or collagen creamer to your coffee in the morning- easy way to get extra protein! (vital proteins coconut creamer is my fav, and it mixes really well) i use flax milk for protein shakes- it's like 5g protein/1g carb per cup! great way to sneak in extra protein. i generally do 1 cup flax milk and top off with water
I loved the video :) Funny, how in central Europe people eat different meals. We start with breakfast, then second breakfast around 11. Then we eat dinner (usually between 1 and 4) and then we have supper around 7/8 p.m.
Love this content as I am trying to eat better. I love Costco. It's so interesting to see what Costco stuff looks like from Canada vs the US. Our eggs and yogurt and rotisserie chicken are all in different packages. Same protein bars though! Thank you for sharing this 🙂
Essentially - I’d rather fill my fat macros with other things thank the yolks. The egg whites are basically all protein so it’s a great way to reach the targets with more flexibility in what I eat for the rest of the day
Hi! Love your videos! I’d advise you to always peel apples, because they usually covered in wax to stay fresh longer) Try to scratch with a knife an apple just to check. With love from Ukraine❤️
Love the recipes and encouragement to track max calories (if you know what yours are - there is a formula based on goals) and protein. How tall are you? 160g of protein would be for someone with a goal weight of 160. (Per my trainer and Dr. Gabrielle Lyons who just released the book on muscle centric medicine). We pee out the protein we don’t use, so I’m curious how you came up with the target of 160? Thanks I love your channel!❤
I have been wanting to join a gym, but I need someone to help me figure out my calorie and protein needs along with my exercise regimen. Did your trainer provide you with both pieces of the puzzle? Or did you need to get a trainer and a nutritionist separately? If so, did your gym have both experts on-site for members? Trying to figure out next steps! Thank you for the great video!
Be really careful with that soup! Because the broth is readymade, you're technically reheating it when making the soup, and so having leftovers means reheating it a second time which generally isn't recommended. Just makes sure it gets to 75 degrees celcius ♨ I appreciate this video and i appreciate you 💫
@@veronikalukacs337 Nothing per say, as long as you cook it again all the way through. When you cool down food, bacteria start inhabiting it. They will be dormant while the food is in the fridge, and cooking the food to 75 degrees will kill them off completely. If you just "reheat" to a comfortable temperature, the bacteria will return to life but not die. The more you repeat this process, the higher the risk of food poisoning. Hence the recommended only reheat once. Hope it makes sense! :)
Let me know if you want to see more videos like this! I hope it was helpful if you’re on a similar journey xo
Bring it on! ❤️❤️❤️
Yes I'd love to see more of these and what you eat in a week
Loved this Christina! Would really love more videos like this and what other go to’s you have for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thanks so much and have a great weekend!
Yes please :) I would love to watch more videos like this, including recipes, workout routines, your overall transformation and healthy mindset 💪
how you integrate your exercise to log in myfitness pal? I have a hard time to connect it MI fitness using xiaomi band watch.
I would LOVE to watch a week version of this! This felt so realistic and helped me more than I thought it would!
I’m on a similar journey at the moment, so I really appreciate you sharing! It can be so hard to get the recommended 30-40 grams of protein per meal and seeing how you’re doing it is so helpful!

lol I just choke it down - but that’s a really good idea!
@@Christinamychas teehee!!!
Cold butter on warm bread is the best thing.
I am on a similar journey and I am definitely trying that salmon recipe. Squirrely bread has amazing macros (half the price at Costco)!
Macs are my all-time favorite apples & have been so my entire (long) life! Wish they were available year round. Terrific video!
More of these vids pls! Yes I am loving simple high protein and fiber foods 😊 why complicate things???
Loved the vid!!!!❤❤❤❤
Christina for the salmon dish. You could try baking the salmon until half way finish then put the sauce on it to avoid it from burning out😊
Good call!

I'm about to make my salmon! We are looking forward to it!
Really enjoyed this video! I was wondering why you do the egg whites instead of just adding more eggs, is it a concern about cholesterol?
probably just fat overall

I loved this video Cristina, I will definitely try the chicken soup! Thanks

Where did you get that beautiful AG1 glass bottle?!! Drinking from a straw changes everything!!!
They gifted it to me - I’ll have to find out if they’re available!
Please share more ❤
Thanks very interesting! I’m curious, is there a reason you don’t eat lamb / beef? 🙏🏻
I do eat beef, lamb not often.
Do you remember how much your Costco haul was?
He Ryan helpful thank you do you use tap water
I think toast on the stove is so much better 😂

He adjusted my macros and calories based on the program he wrote out for me, but i wouldn’t let that hold you back from starting! ❤️
I’m not seeing the recipe links. Thanks
Ah I forgot! will update!
I gotta ask... What's Costco (?) 😅 I guess its a big supermarket? 😅
Greetings from Germany
Haha yes it’s a wholesale/bulk grocery store
Jup, ist ein ganz normaler Supermarkt dort drüben 😊
Me watching this while shoving my face with Taco Bell: 😶
We’re they the baby bel lights ?
Yes!

This comment makes no sense….
What's wrong with reheating soup a second time?

Hello ❤🧡💛🤎
Hi!
